Job Description

We're looking for a Business Development - Client Relations Associate, whose responsibilities include:

  • Being StarClinch’s ambassador, acting as the bridge between clients and artists
  • Generating leads and assisting clients in booking artists
  • Holding meetings with restauranteurs and corporates to understand their artist requirements and providing suitable options
  • Working efficiently to convert interest into business
  • Responding promptly and effectively to all communications
  • Meeting assigned targets
  • Periodically engaging in cold calling
Qualifications
  • Experience in the event industry and artist management is a must
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Smart worker with flexibility and adaptability to changing demands
  • Ability to network and socialize extensively across platforms
  • Experience with CRM tools like PipeDrive, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus
