Strategic Direction
- Work with the Deputy secretariate and Directors to devise and implement various business plans, reports, and forecasts for the short and longer term to enhance the external profile of “clients” business activities and maximize services benefits opportunities.
- Take responsibility for “client’s” business plans and lead the staff team to ensure these are achieved.
