Your role

We’re seeking a Key Strategy Account Manager , you will be at the forefront of nurturing and strengthening our relationships with our larger key strategic partners.

Your Responsibilities

Guiding and assisting merchants through the process of starting with us, closely collaborating with them and our teams.

Teaching and onboarding new merchants on our products and features.

Creating plans to help merchants grow their businesses, boosting their satisfaction, and expanding our partnership.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners through meetings and ongoing communication.

Managing day-to-day interactions with merchants and holding regular business review meetings.

Keeping a close eye on merchant satisfaction and implementing measures to retain them.

Using data to analyze merchant performance and address their questions or concerns, sharing results with partners.

Developing success stories and sharing valuable insights.

Collecting merchant feedback and passing it on to relevant teams.

Collaborating with our analytics team to provide insights that benefit our partners.

Creating and implementing plans to develop our merchant accounts.

Mastering our products, services, and partner networks to meet merchant needs effectively.

Ensuring a smooth experience for merchants by coordinating with various teams across Tamara.

Your expertise

2-3 years of experience (internships at start-ups / previous experience in sales, account management or customer-facing roles are a plus).

Job Summary :

The Business Development Manager (Consumer) is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share within the modern retail channel in the KSA. Job Description

As Assystem expands its operations in Saudi Arabia, we are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity to join our team in Riyadh. The Senior Key Account Manager will play a vital role in our growth strategy, focusing on enhancing our presence and securing strategic projects throughout all the sectors we are operating in the Kingdom.

Reporting directly to the Saudi Arabia Country Manager, the Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities within our focus sectors. Together, they will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand Assystem’s footprint in Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners to achieve sales targets and deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess business opportunities in master development, water, infrastructure transportation and energy sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and clients.
  • Coordinate the proposal development process, including bid preparation, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and service offerings tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor the trends in the country, budgetary constraints, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

  • Designated Key Account Manager for the Riyadh Air Lounge under CATRION’s operations.

1.Relationship Management

• Issue Resolution: Act promptly and effectively to address any client concerns, complaints, or service disruptions, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong client trust and loyalty.

• Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure client requirements are fully understood and effectively addressed.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize high-growth Potential accounts : Identify and strategize high-growth potential accounts through segmentation based on revenue potential, industry, and product engagement; drive account expansion by developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, offering tailored solutions to increase client adoption and maximize revenue growth
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
  • Project Collaboration: Work on various projects within the different teams at Tabby, contributing to initiatives such as product launches, Product optimizations, and operational enhancements that impact overall business objectives.
  • Data and Reporting: Monitor account performance by creating comprehensive reports that highlight key metrics and trends, tailored to each merchant’s specific needs. Extract actionable insights from complex data sets to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and service optimization. Provide clear, data-driven recommendations based on analysis, and develop visually engaging dashboards and presentations to effectively communicate performance insights to merchants, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic growth.
  • Problem Solving: take a proactive approach in identifying potential obstacles before they arise, addressing challenges swiftly, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop effective, long-term solutions that prevent future problems and ensure client satisfaction
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product, marketing, tech, and operations, to support organizational projects and identify strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in Key Account Management within FinTech, Financial Services, e-commerce or Tech companies
  • A knack for numbers and deriving insights from data
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Exposure to metrics important to e-commerce businesses is preferred.
  • Experience contributing to business projects and initiatives.
  • Strong communication, data analytics, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple key accounts and participate in projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Tableau as a tool.
