- Maintain Saudi Aramco portal from RFQ, order receiving and fulfillment, ASN, MDD, GRN and/or SES approval and invoicing.
- Keep track for each process with the related collaborators, last update and the upcoming planned actions.
- Create the related instances/entries of the order/project for jobs scheduling and time logging.
- Keep track of the customer signed timesheets and insure all the timesheets are invoiced under the received Saudi Aramco Orders.
- Make calculations for invoices values based on the signed timesheets and the agreed rates in the POs and required internal and customer approvals on the same as applicable.
- Issue related invoices based on the required approvals and insure the same is paid on the due dates.
- Create standard and ad hoc monthly reports for the B2B services orders received and if they are booked, driven, invoiced, paid or if it's hanging in any stage.
- Maintain critical material required by Saudi Aramco and order replacement once any of the items ordered by Saudi Aramco.

Your mission
As Technical Director - Water / Wastewater / Desalination in our Water division, you will lead and expand our water practice in Saudi Arabia, focusing on desalination, water transmission, and wastewater treatment projects. You will head engineering consultancy assignments, drive business growth, and directly contribute to the Kingdom's ambitious Vision 2030 water infrastructure programs.
Your key responsibilities
- Business Development : Identify and pursue opportunities in desalination, transmission pipelines, and wastewater projects. Lead bids and proposals, especially for PPP/IWP initiatives, and develop strong client relationships with government, utilities, and private developers.
- Project Leadership : Act as Project/Technical Director for major water and wastewater projects, including SWRO/MSF/MED desalination plants, wastewater treatment and TSE facilities, pumping stations, reservoirs, and transmission pipelines.
- Technical Oversight : Ensure high-quality engineering design and delivery, reviewing designs for compliance with Saudi and international standards, applying risk management and QA processes. Provide hands-on guidance to solve complex technical challenges.
- Team Development : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing multidisciplinary team. Define roles, recruit specialists, and foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary contact for clients, lead presentations and meetings, and coordinate with regulators to secure approvals and permits. Maintain strong ongoing client relationships.
- Contracting & Procurement : Oversee technical input to tenders, subcontractor evaluations, and bid reviews. Support commercial teams to ensure proposals are competitive and technically robust.
- Quality Assurance & Reporting : Track project performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Report regularly to senior management.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Water Resources Engineering (or related field).
- 15-20+ years of experience in the water/wastewater industry, including senior leadership roles in consultancy or EPCM environments.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large, complex desalination and wastewater projects.

- Experienced in desalination (SWRO), wastewater/TSE treatment, and large-scale water transmission systems.

This role involves monitoring, testing, and inspecting products and services throughout the project lifecycle to ensure
adherence to defined quality standards. The engineer will identify potential issues, recommend corrective actions,
and maintain comprehensive quality documentation.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plan Procedures, method statements, Inspection/test/audit plans
• Control all modifications and non-conformance reports and undertake/lead remedial (CAPA) actions
• Coordinate with external project stake holders (Client, Client Representative, Main Contractor, Subcontractor )
regarding inspections and quality issues at site and for their resolution
• Coordinate with Internal project stake holders (Quality Dept, Project Team, Site Team, Consortium partners, etc)
regarding quality issues at site and for their resolution
• Provide technical support, advice and awareness to site staff w.r.t site QC activities.
• Quality reporting to client, PM and functional manager.
• Coordinate and Control technical documents at site w.r.t. technical submittals, drawings, as-built etc to ensure that
only approved revisions are being used.
• Ensure approved/updated quality documents (QMS, PQP, technical specifications etc) are available at site.
• Communicate / distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to Project team and Sub-contractor and provide required
training/support.
• Maintain (file, archive, update etc) all quality records as per PQP, and hand them over to the PM and DC once the
project is over.
• Identify non-conformances and report to the respective managers, generate NCR where required
• Maintain NCR Register and control NCR's until their closure including Corrective and Preventive Actions and costs;
and analyse the same.
• Provide feedback on improvement of standard ITP's, QVD's, method statements etc
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (Preferably Power Systems).
• Approved as QC/QA Electrical Engineer by SEC ( 2 projects approvals in the past 5 years)
• 5 years of experience in the same field or equivalent
• Willingness to work across the various regions of KSA (starting location is western region)
