Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Prior experience in hiring for e-commerce, digital marketing, or content creation roles is highly preferred.
  • Has successfully led or supported recruitment for digital transformation, online sales, or performance marketing teams.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable, Recruitment Lite, or similar platforms to manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, e-commerce, and operations departments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.

Primary Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Work along with recruitment lead / team to fulfil vacancies through the most beneficial source of recruitment with a keen focus on meeting timelines, minimising costs and improve quality of hire.

  • Ensure Background verification process is completed and all data prepared for Audit.

Recruitment:

  • Drive full lifecycle of recruitment by:

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on international and technical hiring . The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sourcing top-tier tech talent, leading hiring strategies, and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, growing environment. Previous experience in a recruitment agency is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles across the organization
  • Source and engage high-quality, hard-to-find candidates through proactive headhunting and talent mapping
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage multiple open requisitions and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to drive efficient hiring
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up to date with talent market trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in recruitment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical and international recruitment, particularly in IT and technology sectors
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for diverse tech roles across different markets
  • Advanced headhunting skills and ability to engage passive talent
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing extensions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills required in the IT industry
