The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) est un leader responsabilisé et la figure locale de Roche, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes du système de santé telles que les décideurs politiques, les régulateurs et les payeurs. Adopter le modèle VACC (Visionnaire, Architecte, Coach, Catalyseur), en agissant comme catalyseur et coach en interne et en externe.
Diplôme universitaire (scientifique, économique ou en gestion). Un diplôme avancé en sciences de la vie ou un MBA est un plus. Une formation en politique de santé est préférée.
Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'arabe (oral et écrit).
Compréhension approfondie du système de santé, de ses processus et de sa gouvernance.
Excellentes compétences en gestion et engagement client.
Expérience en direction d'équipes transversales, en stratégie interfonctionnelle et en orchestration d'équipes.
Forte sensibilité commerciale, avec une expertise souhaitée en commercialisation et expérience client.
Bonne connaissance du portefeuille actuel de Roche et de sa pipeline future, pour travailler sur des solutions orientées vers l'avenir.

Key job responsibilities
• Reviewing and investigating claims processing, verifying the proper payment of claims, and bringing insurance claims to full resolution through a combination of external third-party relationships and cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Maintaining service level agreements regarding assigned accounts receivable tasks while ensuring timely resolution of all claims while prioritizing responsibilities, problem solving, and thinking critically as you perform your regular duties and accommodate other time sensitive tasks as they arise.
• Conducts regular review and follow up of accounts receivables, ensuring the timely resolution and payment of accounts. Utilizing multiple reports and worklists, ensuring that all claims are adjudicated correctly per the member's benefits, investigating claims that do not process as expected or for which we do not receive a determination, all while adhering to all applicable guidelines.
• Design, develop, and implement process improvements to prevent denials and reduce internal processing errors.
• Develop resource material that is accessible and shared by the team and assist in the development of training materials for denial management. Assist in the training of new hires in AR
• Finding and resolving market trends with specific payors, escalating where appropriate while utilizing root cause analysis to develop appropriate action plans.

- 4+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Knowledge of Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (Lean, etc.)
- Experience of Oracle/Oracle Payables/Oracle Receivables
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or procurement

- Support and ensure the collection of revenue with client.
- Follow and ensure adherence of internal policies, procedures & financial systems
- Highlight areas of slippage and identify/initiate corrective action.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Track project performance to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Ensure project revenue/cash status are matching planned for both In/Out.
- Manage the relationship with the client and ensure proper communication is maintained.
- Update the Account Manager on a regular basis, on the progress and development of the Project.
- Review with the Head of PM and the Region Operations Manager the progress of the project and coordinate clientmaintenance activities if needed.
- Manage the relation with the suppliers and key subcontractors to ensure that the required deliverables are as expected.
- Review the time plan of subcontractors and intervene whenever needed to ensure proper coordination of deliverables.
- Ensure that all internal stakeholders are aware of their important role in the project with key highlights of deliverables
- Allocate resources on the project, assign work to the team, and monitor the progress of the team, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved in a timely manner.
- Manage the staff chargeability and all other project costs and expenses to ensure that they are within the budget and prepare and submit Project Profit/ Loss Status Reports to the Program Manager.
- Assesses the training needs of the team within projects

Qualifications

In the context of Specialized Nutrition Middle East, you will be responsible to drive and contribute to SN brand market share in the assigned area, build productive scientific-based HCP relationships, taking responsibility for HCP satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their health care nutrition needs.
The candidate will also carry the following responsibilities
- Influencing HCP attitude and behavior
- Periodical visits to HCPs in hospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitals to establish strong scientific based relationship and position our Healthcare Nutrition solutions as preferred solutions with the HCP's and position SN as Company of first choice for the HCPs. With the appropriate level of scientific based argumentation and relationship development, convince HCPs to choose our solutions as first choice.
- Ensure all doctors/HCP/KOL receive the right message, information, and clinical studies.
- Illustrate the benefit/s of our solutions to the HCPs.
- Conduct scientific audio / visual meetings for HCPs.
- Area Management
- Identity business opportunities within respective area and evaluate learning's to develop business initiatives and tactics to realize the real potential.
- Implement "weekly call cycle" in constant coordination with direct manager.
- Understand and respond to competitive activities and initiate and recommend actions to counter-act these in order to help protect our market position.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain all product information and hand outs and answer any question from HCP.
- Following up customer queries/complaints.
- Review business plan in line with cycle objectives on a quarterly basis with the Head of KSA .
- Compile and submit reports on promotional activities in accordance to established formats and schedule.
- Ensure that all business is conform to the WHO and local government code of ethics for infant formula products.
- Conducting seminars and detailing nutrition education activities.
- Daily database management and compliance with administrative procedures & processes.
- Ensure the accomplishment of qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators assigned for him/her for his/her respective area on daily, monthly and yearly bases.
- Team Input
- Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings to discuss the market situation, problems that were faced and to appraise.
- the activities versus the monthly KPIs.
- Helping to run seminars/events.
- Intelligence and Insights Gathering
- Collecting intelligence on the HCP Universe, e.g. identifying new contacts.
- Monitor all competitor activities, including consumer offers, medical conferences and round tables and report it to management.
- Conduct medical detailing face to face call and have on-going contact with identified lists of HCPs across the defined geographical area.
- Build strong relationships to targeted HCPs and mapping the Decision-Making networks in the region.
- Carry out promotional activities with targeted HCPs.
- Update competitor intelligence and input into database.
- Record and report back on call visits and progress against set objectives.
- Attend and participate in internal meetings as required.
To be successful in the role you should ideally have
Experience And Education

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Health Project Manager to lead projects focused on the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Oracle Health solutions, including EHR and otherhealthcare applications. The successful candidate will ensure seamless project delivery while meeting organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Communicate with Head of PM and presales team to understand the project being evaluated to ensure that the successful bid will be managed successfully.
- Work with the contracts team to review the client contract before signing in order to ensure implementation risks are mitigated.
- Work with technical managers to ensure that the proper skills are available and ready for mobility before project kick-off.
- Manage the handover process from the bidding team to the operations team to ensure the proper kick-off of the project.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Prepare the detailed project time plan with detailed time schedule in coordination with all stakeholders including the PM of the client.
- Ensure that all risks are identified, and applicable action plan(s) is acknowledged by all and ready if applicable.
- Ensure that the project’s overall objectives, targets at various key stages, and individuals’ responsibilities are clearly communicated and understood by all concerned parties.
- Monitor the progress of the project and manage the day-to-day activities within the project to ensure successful delivery.
- Represent Giza Systems in all meetings and communications with client representatives.
- Ensure continuous and periodical communication between all stakeholders of the project to ensure that the delivery is on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage proactively all challenges and issues that might be raised in the middle of the project to ensure the satisfaction of the client.
- Coordinate with procurement, purchasing and logistics all material ordering and delivery considering all logistics aspects mentioned in the contract.
- Review and undertake quality assurance on all client deliverables prepared by the team before they are sent to the client, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Follow-up on stage approvals with the client and compile acceptance sheets for each module, as well as final acceptance sheets for the whole project.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Monitor the invoicing on a project and notify the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
- Support and ensure the collection of revenue with client.
- Follow and ensure adherence of internal policies, procedures & financial systems
- Highlight areas of slippage and identify/initiate corrective action.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Track project performance to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Ensure project revenue/cash status are matching planned for both In/Out.
- Manage the relationship with the client and ensure proper communication is maintained.
- Update the Account Manager on a regular basis, on the progress and development of the Project.
- Review with the Head of PM and the Region Operations Manager the progress of the project and coordinate clientmaintenance activities if needed.
- Manage the relation with the suppliers and key subcontractors to ensure that the required deliverables are as expected.
- Review the time plan of subcontractors and intervene whenever needed to ensure proper coordination of deliverables.
- Ensure that all internal stakeholders are aware of their important role in the project with key highlights of deliverables
- Allocate resources on the project, assign work to the team, and monitor the progress of the team, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved in a timely manner.
- Manage the staff chargeability and all other project costs and expenses to ensure that they are within the budget and prepare and submit Project Profit/ Loss Status Reports to the Program Manager.
- Assesses the training needs of the team within projects
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage customer correspondences and accountable for all project important documents.
- Accountable for documenting progress of the project and keep track of the progress against planned/required.
- Manage the transfer of knowledge of the technical deliverables to the client – if applicable.
- Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports to the PMO, Program Manager and the relevant manager.
- Develop a lessons learnt log to maintain customer/industry/technology knowledge.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on patient safety and quality improvement.
- Excellent technical report writing skills.
- Very good command of English.
