The overview
The HR Executive will support the Human Resources Department on all employees’ matters in KSA including providing support related to daily operations, periodical projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Government Relations
- Undertake all formalities related to GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Muddad, Chamber of Commerce, Business Visit visa and all government portals
Employee Relations
- Manage the on-boarding and offboarding process for KSA employees including and not limited to logistical and administrative aspects, i.e. laptop set up, employee files, salary certificates, draft contracts, official letters to governmental and non-governmental bodies, travel and accommodation when applicable.
- Undertake all Relocation requests.
- Responsible for adding/removing employees from insurance and review invoices
- Manage and update PHR system for KSA employees
- Provide the appropriate guidance and advice in respect of terms and requirements for legal employment status in the country
- Manage the process for visa renewals
- Play a key role in updating and maintaining all benefits components such as health insurance plans, annual leave plans. Etc
HR Operations
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries in timely manner
- Responsible for Housing loans’ request and sublet contracts
Reporting
- Download the immigration report on monthly basis and share it with the HR team to highlight status and requirements.
- Ensure GOSI payments are completed every start of month.
- Upload WPS for salaries in Mudad.
- Maintain an updated tracker of visa/ Iqama expiry and liaise with the team to do the needful.
- Email the Saudi chamber report to finance including balance, number of visas and any issued invitation letters.

- Previous experience in a similar HR position is essential with regional knowledge
- Prior experience in interfacing with governmental entities is essential.
