Role Overview
We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic-English) Junior Business Development Associate to support our growth in Saudi Arabia. This role combines lead generation, inside sales, and digital marketing support to help expand Dautom’s client base and strengthen brand visibility in the region.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads in the Saudi market
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and web research
- Set up introductory meetings for the senior sales team
- Create and manage bilingual (Arabic-English) content for campaigns, emails, and social posts
- Support digital marketing initiatives across LinkedIn and email
- Track and manage leads using CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce
- Assist with basic campaign setup on Google Ads and Meta platforms (if required)
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine targeting
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategies
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- 2–5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
- Strong communication, research, and outreach skills
- Experience with B2B sales or marketing outreach in the KSA market
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Digital Campaign Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads (basic)

Responsibilities
- Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful infrastructure-focused implementations and migrations to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), becoming a trusted advisor to decision-makers.
- Manage the deployment of cloud-based distributed virtualized infrastructure solutions according to complex customer requirements. Contribute to the development of standardized solutions and automation scripts.
- Lead the program management of multi-functional large Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance, tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management. Manage risks, issues, and actions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of infrastructure and cloud migration phases (discovery/assessment, foundations, and migration).
- Interact with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines. Mentor junior consultants and actively participate in community contributions.
