The Advisor I, Customer Service position, interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolves routine problems regarding the client's products or services.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that the service provided to customers meets KPIs.
  2. Clarify customer requirements; investigate to understand fully, use support tools and resources to make appropriate decisions, and provide solutions to the customer.
  3. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; show empathy and build a relationship with the customer.

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture (e.g., database administration and solutions) in a customer-facing or support role.
