Purpose:

The Warehouse Supervisor role is to manage daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with departments to meet company goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise receipt of all shipments. Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.
  2. Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including fork lift, pallet jack, and handcart.
  3. Load and unload delivery truck by hand or with pallet jack.
  4. Assume responsibility for delivery of all items received by warehouse to proper school or department on a daily basis.

  1. Supervise warehousing and storage of all supplies, equipment, surplus classroom furniture and equipment, certain school records, and consumable materials.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations and reduce material waste, in alignment with Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Analyze and suggest improvements in warehouse processes to ensure faster material turnover and reduce lead times for casting production.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure raw materials are used efficiently and reduce scrap rates in the foundry process.
  • Implement best practices for storing and handling scrap metals to support recycling and minimize wastage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a steel foundry, heavy manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
  • Familiarity with the specific material handling needs of a steel and iron casting factory, including safety standards for metals and chemicals.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and train warehouse teams.
  • Experience with the use of forklifts and other heavy material handling equipment, with relevant certifications.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance, particularly for manufacturing and foundry environments.

**The Role**:

- Coordinate all warehouse, order picking, and inventory operations.
- Lead by example and foster the 6S and Safety culture within the warehouse.
- Supervise the compliance audits of the controls and SOPs of the movement of goods interdepartmentally and ensuring that this is tracked and recorded systematically.
- Establish and manage shrinkage control processes.

- Be vigilant in maintaining the WMS and act as a WMS super user.
- Have full warehouse inventory responsibility and ownership including wall to wall inventories, mandatory cycle counts inventory audits.
- Assure inventory and restock compliance with corporate warehouse policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain inventory records; fills requisitions, work orders or requests for new items and distributes items; marks products with identifying information; opens bales, crates, boxes, and other containers; sorts and stores as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment; performs job safely; reports unsafe and/or hazardous conditions.
- Issues and delivers items to their proper destinations; obtains signatures to ensure proper documentation of delivery/receipt; coordinates loading of vehicles for delivery.
- Manage and maintain stock control; plans future needs and adjusts par levels; processes stock orders; reviews orders; controls dead stock; maintains scheduling of deliveries on dock.
- Manage stock consolidations based on depletion percentages by location.
- Audit returns process for damaged or returnable products and materials.
- Perform root cause analysis for exceptions/discrepancies and provide corrective action.
- Recommend changes in process to improve the warehouse area and operating efficiency. Continuous improvement is key.
- Monitor product movement within WMS for historical data and analysis.
- Manage and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting from WMS extraction in proper format for analysis and Key Performance Indicator assessment.
- Plan and supervise the staff to ensure cycle counts are performed at levels in accordance with agreements and Key Performance Indicator's.
- Monitor and control inventory variances, overseeing inventory adjustment validation and resolution process.
- Supervise the audits to assure proper maintenance of inbound and outbound shipment records.
- Monitor and control warehouse processes and operation to insure timely visibility of product.
- Establish the appropriate and ensure staffing levels to meet cycle count and audit requirements per company policies.
- Assist the Warehouse Inventory Manager with the preparation and performance of reconciliation of the ERP and FTZ inventory systems.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years total proven track record of inventory control, analytics, stock keeping unit policies or forecasting in a warehouse environment as the supervisor and or team lead.
- Excellent and thorough knowledge of warehouse environment.
- In depth knowledge of warehouse processes associated with "Best Practices" and Logistics Excellence.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Technical degree or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Must be forklift trained and certified within 30 days of hire.

**Overview**

Supervise the overall functions of the Warehouse and ensure it complies with contractual terms and well - maintained equipment to provide services to Production, Planning, Export ,EHS,Quality and Food safety, RMPM, & Freight and to be coordination point between all departments and DCs.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow up with all systore activities. Ensure daily transactions and reconciliations are completed.

Review all movements in SAP and preform weekly COSO Tests.
- Maintain outside picking area stock by making daily reconciliation as a KEY responsibility.
- Ensure all Slow / Non-moving inventories are reported accurate and on timely manner and it is

issued according to FEFO guidelines or to an agreed liquidation plan by aligning planning

department.
- Ensure all the daily and monthly reports including KPI, Supply of wooden pallets for Export, monthly

Quality Hold report, Month End Closing & Local Shipments and shipment are accurately updated

and delivered on timely manner.
- Follow-up shift activities and ensure all in bound and out bound flow is according to the procedure

and company's policies.
- Intimate warehouse team on all new SKU’s and related actions to be taken
- Track on daily basis KPI to ensure productivity is on target.
- Equipment usage is as per PepsiCo guidelines by periodic inspection aligning with Engineering team

for any breakdown issues.
- Prepare the Weekly plan and assign responsibilities/resources to cover production and sales

requirement.
- Track all Quality HOLD stock and follow up with Quality and production team for liquidation.
- Follow Daily and monthly inventory and variances are cleared timely
- Maintain all Food Safety standards by reviewing documents and refresh and align with team on daily

meeting.
- SIT review on daily basis and communicate to the concern DC’S and with freight.
- Preform pre shift meeting to allocate daily task with necessary updates.
- Execute important tasks delivered by management with in the time frame.
- Comply with AIB standards in order to sustain superior rating by following warehouse daily cleaning

and review of documentation.
- Involving in all allocated projects for the development of warehouse to make the warehouse a safe

and hygienic place.
- Comply with all Procedures and Policies.
- Execute and follow for the entire write offs for disposal.
- Daily basis following on all Pending Orders for shipments for all regions and channels with fright

and planning.
- Follow-up with Eng., Team for equipment Services & yearly PM Maintence of systore.
- Follow up for the Mock recall timeline tracking with DC’S to make the Mock recall effective.
- Execution of Employees samples within the time frame.
- Finalizing and clear all Z -movt on daily basis.
- Make sure all GCC/EMED shipments are shipped as per standard required by the regulatory.
- Make sure all the shuttling trucks are available timely to full fill Sulay DC sales requirements daily

basis.
- Compliance PIT procedure with the FLT operators.
- Follow with Fleet for the maintence of the FLT.
- Upload the incident reports in MYEHS with effective action plan for any incident and near miss.
- Daily basis acknowledge and review the documents proceed by store keeper.
- Monthly timesheet for contract labours review and submit to HR.
- SWP and SOP implementation for all work flow
- Follow for the safety & forklift yearly trainings schedule for the crew to comply with the training

matrix for the empowerment of safety awareness.

**Qualifications**
