Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics
Coordinator
to manage the logistics operations of our medical laboratory. The ideal candidate will coordinate the transportation of samples, ensure compliance with shipping requirements, and maintain effective communication with customers and couriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange AWB:
  Prepare and send Air Waybills (AWB) to customers for sample shipments.
• Courier Coordination:
  Follow up with courier services to ensure the timely pickup of samples from hospitals to the laboratory.
• Sample Handling:
  Receive samples and verify that they meet the laboratory's requirements before processing.
• Customer Communication:
  Respond to customer (Entities/individuals) inquiries regarding sample shipments and logistics, providing updates and resolving issues as needed.
• International Shipments:
  Monitor and follow up on international shipments, ensuring timely arrival and compliance with regulations.
• Permit Submission:
  Submit the necessary import permits from S.FDA and SABER certificates in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Data entry:
  Enter the data of the received samples and double-check the integrity of the information.
• Report to the direct manager any delays/issues in the logistics/Clearance workflow.
• Maintain a competitive and fast response rate monitored by KPI.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipments and communications with customers and couriers.

Logistics Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining the transportation, warehousing, and delivery of materials and equipment for solar EPC projects. You will play a key role in supporting project execution by ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics operations from procurement to site delivery, while maintaining full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Planning and Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of solar equipment (modules, inverters, structures, etc.) from manufacturers or suppliers to project sites.
• Collaborate with procurement and project teams to develop delivery schedules aligned with project timelines.

2. Vendor & Carrier Management:

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, transport companies, and warehouses to manage the movement of goods.
• Negotiate shipping rates and service agreements with logistics vendors and ensure compliance with contracts.

3. Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, import/export documentation, and customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations for transportation and customs, especially for imported solar components.

4. Inventory and Warehousing:

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor stock levels and manage storage of equipment at warehouses or temporary storage locations.

Technical Expertise:

• Experience with logistics software and tools (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS).
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification:

Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operational activities related to inbound, outbound, storage of the product. Operational
