Description
A housekeeping supervisor oversees, coordinates, and inspects every activity in the facility ranging from the kitchen workers to those working outside the kitchen environment. Job Description- Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to set standards and procedures

- Controls, monitors and communicates room status with front desk.
- Practice safe work habits; follow MSDS and OSHA standards; wear protective safety equipment and participate in safety committees as directed.
- Ensures quality services are rendered in meeting guest needs and that guest relations are enhanced.
- Inspects, monitors and maintains level of cleanliness in rooms, storage areas, laundry, restrooms and public areas as assigned maintaining IHG Clean program.
- Enforces standard procedures for the acceptance, security and return of guest lost and found items.
- Assists in conducting inventories of uniforms, linen, supplies and equipment as required and orders and receives supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Provide on-going training to Room Attendants and Housepersons.

What we need from you
- It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is important
