Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. What You Will Do
  • You will have proven experience gained in proactive sales environment within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Proactively support sales efforts to secure business across leisure, MICE, corporate, government entities and luxury group segments.
  • Commercially focused with good knowledge of local trends and competitor activity.
  • You will have excellent organization skills with the ability to priorities and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Acts as brand ambassador for Four Seasons Resorts always promoting a professional image.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate partners.
  • Participate in trade shows, roadshows, client events, and sales missions to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Assist the Cluster operation in performing day-to-day proactive sales and take responsibility for new business development including new contracts through personal and consistent sales services.
  • Maintains a detailed knowledge of resorts facilities, features and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to align messaging, promotions, and property positioning in the global luxury market.
  • Assist with the full sales process including prospecting, contracting and account management.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, competitor analysis, and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Support the pre-opening phase by contributing to database development, system configuration and market launch activities.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management and Reservations to ensure optimal rate strategies and availability.
  • Represent the resort in a professional and engaging manner aligned with the Four Seasons brand.
What You Bring
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a luxury resort environment.
  • Knowledge of the GCC, European or global luxury travel markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with sales systems such as Delphi or Opera Sales & Catering.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while building long-term client relationships.
  • Hands on attitude to getting things done • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva (desirable)
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English is required; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate cross-functionally, and coordinate sales efforts with various departments is essential.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, handle inquiries and complaints professionally.

The Role

The Role of the Guest Experience Coordinator

The Guest Experience Coordinator is a central part of the Guest Experience Team whose main objective is to handle the pre-arrival process which can include transportation, dining, and activity bookings. Once the guest is in house, the Guest Experience Coordinator will act as liaison between Host and the guest to ensure that any special activity / request is orchestrated and planned for the host to flawlessly execute.

About the Role
We are looking for a welcoming and service-oriented Guest Services Manager to join the opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay . Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms , you will lead the Guest Services operations—including Bell Services, Valet, and Lobby Ambassadors—ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience while delivering the legendary Four Seasons service at every step of the guest journey.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee daily Guest Services operations, including luggage handling, valet parking, arrivals, departures, and lobby presence.
  • Lead, schedule, and develop the Guest Services team, ensuring high levels of performance, grooming, and guest interaction.
  • Personally welcome VIP guests and provide assistance with transportation, activities, and other personalized needs.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Ensure guest preferences and Core profiles are maintained and used to elevate the experience.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, efficiently, and with genuine care.
  • Manage inventory and maintenance of trolleys, vehicles, radios, and guest assistance tools.
  • Support pre-opening training, team hiring, and operational readiness.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in guest services or front office , with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role , preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on, guest-first approach.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using PMS systems like Opera and familiarity with Core guest profile systems is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.

About the location:

Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. What You Will Do

  • Oversee all aspects of Guest Services operations, including bell desk, doormen, valet, and airport arrivals/departures.
  • Lead and support the Guest Services team in delivering intuitive, personalized service at every touchpoint.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of guest transportation logistics and luggage handling.
  • Assist in pre-opening activities including recruitment, training, SOP development, and service flow planning.
