The Role Of The Guest Experience Coordinator
The Guest Experience Coordinator is a central part of the Guest Experience Team whose main objective is to handle the pre-arrival process which can include transportation, dining, and activity bookings. Once the guest is in house, the Guest Experience Coordinator will act as liaison between Host and the guest to ensure that any special activity / request is orchestrated and planned for the host to flawlessly execute.

Complementing this luxurious setting is our Spa department, boasting a diverse and dedicated team of 25 colleagues, all united in their mission to provide exceptional service to our esteemed guests.
Knowledge And Skills
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Luxury Hotel.
- Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
- Good team spirit, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment, utilizing a variety of computer systems, and restaurant/activity/spa reservation systems.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Arabic and English language.
- Must be flexible with schedule, Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Security Manager
to oversee the safety and security operations at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel assets. You will lead the security team, implement security protocols, and oversee emergency response procedures while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the daily operations of the security department, ensuring the safety and security of the hotel's guests, staff, and property.
- Lead, train, and manage the security team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to hotel security policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update security protocols, emergency procedures, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency situations such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches, ensuring quick resolution and safety.
- Manage the surveillance systems and review footage to investigate and report incidents.
- Ensure security policies are followed during hotel events, meetings, and guest activities.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations, especially during large events or high-risk situations.
- Monitor and assess the security of hotel access points, parking areas, and public spaces.
- Prepare reports on security-related incidents, daily activities, and department performance metrics.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Director of People & Culture
to lead the People & Culture function at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the General Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all People & Culture strategies, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, employee housing, and organizational culture. Your role will be vital in shaping the hotel's workforce, enhancing guest satisfaction through employee satisfaction, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What You Will Do
- Lead the P&C team, ensuring the execution of P&C strategies that support the hotel's business objectives and growth.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for all hotel departments.
- Oversee the onboarding and training programs, ensuring new hires are integrated into the hotel culture and receive the development they need to succeed.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that all staff are motivated, valued, and aligned with Four Seasons' values.
- Implement performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans for employees.
- Monitor and manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a professional and timely manner.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred
- Proven experience as a People & Culture or HR Director, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, employee relations, and talent management.
- Ability to drive organizational change, improve employee engagement, and enhance company culture.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex P&C issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and department heads.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
