About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Security Manager
to oversee the safety and security operations at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel assets. You will lead the security team, implement security protocols, and oversee emergency response procedures while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the daily operations of the security department, ensuring the safety and security of the hotel's guests, staff, and property.
  • Lead, train, and manage the security team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to hotel security policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update security protocols, emergency procedures, and risk management strategies.
  • Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Respond to emergency situations such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches, ensuring quick resolution and safety.
  • Manage the surveillance systems and review footage to investigate and report incidents.
  • Ensure security policies are followed during hotel events, meetings, and guest activities.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations, especially during large events or high-risk situations.
  • Monitor and assess the security of hotel access points, parking areas, and public spaces.
  • Prepare reports on security-related incidents, daily activities, and department performance metrics.
  • Manage the department's budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources, staffing, and equipment.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in security management, with previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions in crisis situations.
  • Familiarity with security systems, surveillance tools, and incident reporting software.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

About The Role:
As An IT Supervisor , You Will Support The Resort’s Technology Infrastructure, Ensuring Smooth Daily Operations And Maintaining High Standards Of Network Security, Hardware Performance, And Software Functionality. You Will Oversee System Installations, Troubleshooting, And Collaborate With Both Internal Departments And External Vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor And Maintain All IT Systems, Networks, And Equipment

About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Director of People & Culture
to lead the People & Culture function at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the General Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all People & Culture strategies, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, employee housing, and organizational culture. Your role will be vital in shaping the hotel's workforce, enhancing guest satisfaction through employee satisfaction, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the P&C team, ensuring the execution of P&C strategies that support the hotel's business objectives and growth.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for all hotel departments.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training programs, ensuring new hires are integrated into the hotel culture and receive the development they need to succeed.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that all staff are motivated, valued, and aligned with Four Seasons' values.
  • Implement performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans for employees.
  • Monitor and manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and Four Seasons standards, ensuring compliance in all P&C practices.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Oversee the Employee Housing department, ensuring it is aligned with the Four Seasons standards and local regulations. Provide guidance on policies, planning, and long-term improvements to optimize housing operations and employee satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, promoting a respectful and collaborative environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the hotel's strategic goals are supported by effective people strategies.
  • Lead P&C metrics and reporting efforts, providing regular updates on employee performance, turnover, and other key P&C data.
  • Manage P&C budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred
  • Proven experience as a People & Culture or HR Director, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Ability to drive organizational change, improve employee engagement, and enhance company culture.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex P&C issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and department heads.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
