This role also gets to do a little bit of everything, from balancing traditional and digital marketing and eCommerce activities to contributing to public relations (PR) activities for the hotel. Success is measured by how well they help drive the sales and revenue strategy of the property, social media engagement and also by how effectively leveraged the resources around them are to create truly compelling marketing and communications campaigns.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
**Required**:
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred

**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Hotel Marketing and Advertising**
- Executes annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with the GM, Food and Beverage leader, Operations leaders, Director of Marketing Communications, and cluster marketing and ecommerce teams.
- Partners with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.
- Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions.
- Manages F&B media schedules and verifies prompt settlement of accounts.
- Partners with property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading, verifying advertisement targeting is correctly directed at relevant consumer groups
- Maintains frequent, active engagement with Cluster eCommerce manager to verify alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about the status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to online programs and initiatives.

**Social Media Content Management**

**Public Relations and Visual Asset Management**
- Develops a comprehensive PR plan per quarter along with agency and and executes post sign-off from GM.
- Maintains a comprehensive list of local media contracts, with particular emphasis on food critics and bloggers.

- Writes and distributes all press releases for property events, promotions, and outlets.

- Actively involve in promoting and selling companies loyalty program, Food & Beverage events / in house facilities and hotel / company partners
- Ensure that all accounting and auditing practices are in line with company policies, governmental requirements and check audits and registration cards before sending them to accounts
- Lead and coach the team towards achieving highest level of exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results through the application of all corporate and property standards and policies
- Education, Qualifications & Experiences: You must ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel. You should also have fluency in both written and spoken English and an immaculate personal presentation along with the ability to solve problems effectively. Computer literate and knowledge of Opera will be highly regarded.

Position Overview Rosewood Red Sea, part of the ultra-luxury Red Sea Global destination, is seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our pre-opening leadership team. This role will oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk, ensuring that every guest receives seamless, personalized, and anticipatory service. The successful candidate will bring strong operational expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences that embody Rosewood’s A Sense of Place philosophy. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage daily operations of the Front Desk, including reception, cashiering, and guest registration. • Ensure flawless guest arrival and departure experiences, reflecting Rosewood’s luxury service standards. • Supervise, train, and develop Front Desk colleagues to deliver anticipatory and personalized service. • Implement and maintain service standards, SOPs, and guest recognition programs. • Monitor room allocations, upgrades, and special requests in coordination with Reservations and Housekeeping. • Handle VIP guests, service recovery, and escalated guest concerns with professionalism and tact. • Oversee financial transactions, billing accuracy, and cash handling procedures at the Front Desk. • Support pre-opening activities including recruitment, training, and system implementation. • Collaborate with Guest Services, Concierge, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest journeys. Qualifications • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive Rooms Division / Front Office experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role at a luxury hotel or resort. • Pre-opening experience in ultra-luxury or lifestyle brands strongly preferred. • Proven expertise in Front Office operations, guest handling, and service recovery. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage multicultural teams. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Financial acumen with knowledge of billing, cashiering, and revenue control procedures.
