Project Engineers
Our client is an international project management company currently involved in managing several large medical projects. To strengthen their team, they require project engineers with experience in client-side project management to oversee the construction of facilities.
Duties:- Prepare project reports for the customer (weekly, monthly, or as required), covering HSE, project progress, cost, and schedule status, highlighting key risks and concerns.
- Carry out delegated project management activities from the Project Manager.
- Set up and maintain project systems including facilities/IT, filing, correspondence procedures, and project directory.
- Prepare and update the Project Execution Plan throughout the project.
- Attend project meetings, prepare and circulate minutes.
- Draft project progress reports for review by the Project Manager.
- Act as the interface between the Project Manager and project team daily.
- Manage day-to-day commercial issues such as timesheets, expenses, purchases, and prepare invoices.
- Coordinate information flow between team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Follow up on action items from meetings and reviews.
English - Very Good
Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
- Own a car and have a driving license.
- Previous experience on hospital projects is essential.
- Degree qualified.
- Consulting or project management experience.
- Experience in the Middle East.

Lead Planner/Scheduler – Medical
Our client is an international project management company currently involved in the construction management of several large medical projects.
To strengthen their team, they require a lead/senior planner.
You will be based at the company's main office with other core project management team members.
Duties- Develop and agree on project schedules; track/report progress; and implement controls.
- Develop planning and scheduling systems in conjunction with the Project Manager.
- Establish and agree on the project baseline schedule with all stakeholders.
- Issue baseline schedule notes and update schedules regularly.
- Plan Man-hour expenditure and measure progress, including baseline ‘S’ curves.
- Conduct risk analysis of the schedule.
- Update schedules and reports in accordance with project procedures.
- Identify and communicate schedule delays to the Project Manager and team.
- Facilitate remedies for project delays.
- Log schedule changes and maintain records of related issues.
- Organize schedule workshops at critical project phases.
- Produce schedules post-workshops, ensuring integration with other project schedules.
- Identify and communicate critical and near-critical paths.
- Ensure tender packages adequately describe contractor and consultant requirements.
- Minimum 15 years of experience.
- Major experience in Western countries, with some experience in the Gulf region.
- Experience in medical projects is highly beneficial.
- Degree qualified.

Documents all relevant information correctly, appropriately and in a timely manner.
Receives patient for admission and orientates the patient to the room/unit and services.
Prepares patients for procedures as directed, assists the physician and remains with the patient if required.
Collects specimens such as urine, feces or sputum as directed.
Provides comfort measures such as back care, head, foot and hand massage as needed.
Assists patients with preparations for prayer if needed

Includes onsite machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, generator diagnostics. Able to make Engineering decisions.
+ Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
+ Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
+ Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
+ Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
