Your Responsibilities

You'll co-lead MedEDGE's growth in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region. Key areas include:

Distributor & B2B Channel Development

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard medical device distributors and B2B customers (private hospitals, health groups, NGOs)
  • Lead distributor pipeline generation, intro meetings, and pitch management
  • Negotiate terms and ensure execution of onboarding documentation

Local Market Activation

  • Plan and execute regional go-to-market strategies for flagship products
  • Adapt messaging and materials to local market norms and buyer psychology
  • Map key market segments (private clinics, mobile units, wellness centers) and prioritize lead generation

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Co-own the digital presence of MedEDGE in Saudi Arabia (LinkedIn content, SEO landing pages, email nurturing, and paid campaigns)
  • Coordinate quick, localized campaigns around launches or distributor milestones
  • Gather market insights to guide product localization or future sourcing

Strategic Collaboration

  • Be involved in product selection for new waves (e.g. telehealth, diagnostics, screening tools)
  • Join quarterly reviews with manufacturers and provide commercial feedback
  • Co-develop partnerships with local healthcare institutions and event organizers


Ideal Profile

  • Based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh
  • 3 - 7 years in B2B sales, distributor management, or digital marketing in KSA
  • Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and B2B procurement dynamics
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong asset
