Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation / Tele Sales / Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in promoting Odoo ERP solutions.

You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and setting up product presentations/demos.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Tele Sales

* Identify potential clients through online research, databases, LinkedIn, social media, and cold calling.

* Contact businesses to introduce Odoo ERP solutions and generate qualified leads.

* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.

Pre-Sales Support

* Understand customer needs, business processes, and pain points.

* Explain Odoo ERP features, modules, and benefits to potential customers.

* Coordinate with functional & technical team for proposal creation and solution mapping.

Client Relationship Management

* Follow up with prospects through email, WhatsApp, and phone until deal closure.

* Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

* Build long-term relationships with customers and assist in account management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in Tele-calling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Pre-Sales (ERP / Software preferred).

* Knowledge of Odoo ERP or any ERP system is an added advantage.

* Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

* Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

* Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic understanding of business processes (Accounting, Inventory, HR, Sales, etc.).

* Experience working with CRM systems (Odoo CRM preferred).

* Ability to draft proposals and follow-up emails professionally.

* Positive attitude, goal-driven, and self-motivated.
