Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Maintain a deep knowledge of Lendo’s products and services, staying updated on new offerings and industry trends.
  2. Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, becoming their go-to resource for financial solutions.
  3. Conduct regular site visits and e-meetings with clients to maintain engagement and support.

Business Development:

  1. Research and pursue new business opportunities to expand Lendo's client portfolio.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential clients to assess compatibility with Lendo’s products and services.
  3. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services, enhancing value for clients while contributing to revenue targets.

Client Needs Assessment & Solution Provision:

  1. Identify and understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges, recommending tailored solutions to address these.
  2. Provide clients with in-depth product and service consultations, guiding them through the decision-making process.
  3. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing support.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  1. Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets by actively managing client accounts and leveraging opportunities for growth.
  2. Track and report on client engagement and revenue performance, providing insights to the sales team.

Problem Resolution & Client Satisfaction:

  1. Address client concerns, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  2. Foster long-term loyalty and trust with clients by providing consistent, reliable support.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in financial services, FinTech, or a related industry, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to learn and adapt to new solutions quickly.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
  4. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively.
  5. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
  6. Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
