We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the Generation & New Business Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating engineering deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring timely project execution, particularly in complex infrastructure or power generation environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Deliverables Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact between the Owner’s Engineer (OE) and all stakeholders.
- Monitor submission, review, and approval of engineering deliverables.
- Ensure timely distribution of deliverables to all relevant parties.
- Schedule Management
- Develop and update a detailed review and approval schedule.
- Align deliverables with EPC and OE project timelines.
- Track progress and proactively address delays.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct regular review meetings with all stakeholders.
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes, and action plans.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels.
- Documentation & Quality Control
- Ensure all deliverables comply with required standards and regulations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of submissions, feedback, and approvals.
- Implement quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
- Risk Management
- Identify and assess risks associated with deliverable timelines and approvals.
- Develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the OE and project team.
- Maintain a detailed risk register.
- Change Management
- Manage and track all changes to deliverables.
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place.
- Report the impact of changes on scope, budget, and schedule.
- Reporting
- Generate periodic progress reports on deliverable status.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports for executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Project Management
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiar with document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex).
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- 15+ years of experience in project coordination within power generation, energy, or engineering sectors.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating engineering deliverables and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Previous work on EPC or combined cycle power plant projects is highly desirable.

We are looking for a Data Centre Engineering Operations Technician (EOT). Our EOT's are Amazon’s front line responders for hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, switchboards/switchgears, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems. They provide 24/7 shift coverage which could include 12 hour shifts, rotating shifts, 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks.
Key job responsibilities
- Review the management of both routine and corrective maintenance on a variety of critical systems such as: switch gear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems, etc.
- Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses & prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility infrastructure operations & maintenance.
- Help with the design, implementation, commissioning and build out of new facilities.
- Create and implement projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability & reliability.
- Manage the facility assets and the provision of infrastructure & inventory asset management.
- Manage the on-site management of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed, is observing established practices, procedures & local legislation.
- Work with other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimise plant safety, performance, reliability, sustainability and efficiency.·

We are experiencing rapid growth, therefore your onboarding will be dynamic in nature, where you will gain diverse experience working in new and established AWS data centre's. These future Amazonians will rotate through various AWS locations to complete training as part of their onboarding to prepare for deployment in a data centre region. This training will be completed over a duration of 6-12 months. Once training is completed, individuals will be relocated to the permanent location.

Engineering Operations Technicians support the data centre building and the critical equipment that keeps it running. This includes diesel power generators, HVAC and fire suppression systems. They’re responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the critical infrastructure, supervising specialist vendors, acting as first responders to incidents, and becoming subject matter experts for the facility.
- Degree or technical certification (Military or Trade school)
- Mechanical/HVAC/Electrical engineering or experience at technician level in a critical environment
- 2+ years of maintenance experience on mechanical or electrical equipment
- Experience operating electrical or mechanical systems in a mission critical environment (i.e. Data Centre, telecom, etc.)
- Ability to participate in a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster
- 2+ years of operations experience in a data centre or critical environment
- Experience with the development of MOPs & SWMS for planned works
- Familiar with the concepts and interaction of Service Management systems (Problem & Change)
- Business-level verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise multiple requests in complex, fast-paced environment

Responsible for closing direct sales of products in order to meet individual/team targetsand the organization's business objectives
Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
Responsible for sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers
Responds to customer questions
Effectively builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction by following established processes and procedures
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Holding Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
Registered in Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
Excellent communication skills.
Very Good command of English language.
Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel.
