We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, including the management of machine parts, raw materials, and finished products.

Position Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the efficient management and oversight of our warehouse. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment, particularly in the aluminum or metal coating industry.

Objectives of This Role:

• Ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, maintaining optimal inventory levels and accurate records.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Optimize warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock without overstocking, including conducting regular inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and with production to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development to ensure high performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean, implementing lean management practices to optimize space and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Utilize warehouse management software or MS Excel to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse machinery as needed.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in the aluminum or metal coating industry.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management.

A warehouse management is a key part of the supply chain and primarily aims to control the movement and storage of materials within a warehouse and process the associated transactions, including shipping, receiving, dispatching, and delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Supervising all daily activities of the warehouse such as receiving, storing, labeling & bar-coding, stock allocation & distribution, dispatching, returns, etc. in accordance with company policy and procedures.
2. Processing all tasks through the company computerized system.
3. Loading and unloading in addition to distribution management with all suppliers and branches.
4. Preventing expires by well managing the stock using FIFO.
5. Managing damaged items and returns to suppliers.
6. Responsible for maintaining and preparing all inventory documents (GRN, delivery notes, invoicing, sales return, etc.).
7. Coordinating with purchasing head and finance in all warehouse processes.
8. Following up on the receiving and checking of the goods against invoices of the suppliers.
9. Following up on the collection and checking of the goods against the delivery notes issued to the outlets.
10. Following up on the printing of the barcodes and all other formalities before sending it to the outlets.
11. Minimizing process time by effectively managing warehouse staff.

Requirements

Languages: Arabic - Fluent / Excellent, English - Fluent / Excellent

Education: Minimum degree in Pharmacy Diploma.

Experience: More than 6-8 years experience in a similar position in pharmaceutical warehousing or FMCG's.

Skills:

• Strong ability to work under pressure.
• Strong coordination and team management skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Fluency in both Arabic & English.

We are searching for an experienced WAREHOUSE MANAGER at our MEDLOG Saudi Arabia - Jeddah facility.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Job Purpose
The Warehouse General Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of a warehouse within an MEDLOG. Warehouse manager oversee receiving, warehousing and value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products. The Role
The warehouse manager shall be responsible to oversee the operations of multiple warehouses across three subsidiaries within a medical supplies group. They shall ensure efficient storage, accurate inventory management, and timely distribution while complying with health and safety regulations, and maintaining service excellence. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: A. General Tasks: • Supervise and manage the daily operations of all warehouses, including receiving, storing, and dispatching medical supplies • Implement, sustain, and monitor health, safety, and quality control procedures across all storage facilities • Ensure cold-chain and sensitive medical equipment are stored under appropriate conditions • All Incidents should be reported in time and with correct documentation • Follow safety protocols at all times and contribute to a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment B. Requirements
