What’s the Role? As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key construction and industrial clients during the execution phase of major projects. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring Hilti’s innovative solutions are effectively integrated into ongoing projects, driving value, efficiency, and long-term customer loyalty.

What does the role involve?- Client Relationship Management: Own and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across assigned projects, including contractors, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Project Execution Support: Ensure Hilti products, software, and services are effectively implemented during the mid-phase of construction projects.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within ongoing projects to maximize share of wallet.
- Consultative Selling: Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to address project-specific challenges.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.

What you need is:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, project management, or construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and stakeholder dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
