Review the stores’ transactions (Cash sales, Plastic sales, Credit sales) in terms of total number of items sold and matching the numbers on the system with the delivered cash.

**Accountabilities**

**Accounting**:

- Match the Plastic sales, Cash sales and Credit sales transactions on a daily basis, by printing the Plastic sales report, Cash sales invoice report and Credit sales report and comparing it to the actual Plastic received, Cash received and Credit sales invoices from the pharmacist and investigate the reason for discrepancies if any.
- Monitor the transactions between the stores as well as the returns and item movements from the warehouses to the stores through the system and the reports to protect Nahdi against fraud and negligence in sales recording.

**Inventory Control**:

- Develop a report outlining the status of each store with regards to the inventory, and the variances if any and send it to the Manager, Inventory Control to keep him informed of the latest store related updates.
- Ensure the accuracy of the stores’ inventory by comparing the numbers in the semi-annual audit report, or the ad-hoc audit report, with the system entries to ensure accuracy and uniformity.

Objective:

The Warehouse Management System Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing the Warehouse Management System and supporting the logistics operations of ASMO. General Responsibilities:

  • The role holder will have knowledge of the rules, procedures and in some cases, the principles and practices within the Warehouse Management System discipline. They will be tasked with selectively extracting, verifying, and compiling objective and measurable data. In some instances, they may determine the course of action based on established principles and modify existing processes and methods.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Warehouse /Transport Management System
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize the system to meet ASMO’s specific requirements; ensure that the system is properly integrated with other logistics and supply chain systems.
  • Monitor the performance of the WMS/TMS, identify and resolve system issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of warehouse operations; analyze system logs, error messages, and user feedback to diagnose problems and work with technical teams or vendors to implement solutions.
  • Analyze data from the Warehouse /Transport Management System and develop reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users of the Warehouse/Transport Management System; help develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to warehouse personnel.
  • Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Implement all relevant IT Solutions department’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, information technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
  • Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, information technology or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
  • Any WMS programming-related/other relevant certification preferred.

ICQA Lead- Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Lead
As a Team Lead you will be responsible for shift execution and team's supervision and engagement in your area of the Fulfillment Center. Along with your manager and with line operators, you'll work closely to ensure that the assigned department is performing in line with the plan and that customer expectations are met, if not exceeded. A core part of your responsibilities will be to ensure that the team perform efficiently to fulfill customer order while adhering to safety and quality guidelines. This includes taking care of your team and creating an engaging working atmosphere, and addressing barriers faced by line operators throughout the shift and adjusting shift plan to account for any last minute changes.

The right candidate will demonstrate a good sense of ownership, ability to lead by example in all key areas of performance including safety and quality, and ability to develop a subject matter expertise on all operations processes in their assigned department.


Responsibilities:
- Create and cultivate a safety culture by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines
- Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
- Adjust labor allocation within assigned department throughout the shift per latest plan
- Drive proactive actions as communicated by manager to remove barriers impacting good shift performance
- Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
- Support customers' order fulfillment by working directly and on a regular basis on operations tasks within your department
- Deliver coaching and feedback to line operators related to productivity and quality performance, and safe behaviors
- Develop subject matter expertise on all operations processes in assigned department

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Very good command of local language (spoken, listening, writing)
- Good communication skills
- Analytical skills (able to identify problem root cause, predict issues by looking at data and Key Performance Indicators)
- Proactive problem solving and hands on approach
- Ability to learn new skills and information and adapt to changes and deliver results, whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Experience in coaching or leading a team
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment

ICQA Lead, Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA)

ICQA Lead- Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Lead
As a Team Lead you will be responsible for shift execution and team's supervision and engagement in your area of the Fulfillment Center. Along with your manager and with line operators, you'll work closely to ensure that the assigned department is performing in line with the plan and that customer expectations are met, if not exceeded. A core part of your responsibilities will be to ensure that the team perform efficiently to fulfill customer order while adhering to safety and quality guidelines. This includes taking care of your team and creating an engaging working atmosphere, and addressing barriers faced by line operators throughout the shift and adjusting shift plan to account for any last minute changes.

The right candidate will demonstrate a good sense of ownership, ability to lead by example in all key areas of performance including safety and quality, and ability to develop a subject matter expertise on all operations processes in their assigned department.

Responsibilities:
- Create and cultivate a safety culture by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines
- Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
- Adjust labor allocation within assigned department throughout the shift per latest plan
- Drive proactive actions as communicated by manager to remove barriers impacting good shift performance
- Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
- Support customers' order fulfillment by working directly and on a regular basis on operations tasks within your department
- Deliver coaching and feedback to line operators related to productivity and quality performance, and safe behaviors
- Develop subject matter expertise on all operations processes in assigned department

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Very good command of local language (spoken, listening, writing)
- Good communication skills
- Analytical skills (able to identify problem root cause, predict issues by looking at data and Key Performance Indicators)
- Proactive problem solving and hands on approach
- Ability to learn new skills and information and adapt to changes and deliver results, whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Experience in coaching or leading a team
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
-Min Intermediate level of English

- Orientation towards detail and precision
- Ability to deep dive in operations process and develop ideas for process challenges
- Demonstrated problem solving & analytical skills
- Inventory & Quality Assurance Management experience

Position Objectives:

A warehouse keeper who will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory control processes to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe handling of materials. This includes managing warehouse contents, systems, staff, and procedures to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and meet client storage requirements.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with warehouse contractors by conducting on-site inspections of their reports and reconciling them against the company’s official records.
  • Perform physical audit visits for designated contractors’ warehouses monthly.
  • Conduct regular physical audits of the company’s regional warehouses.
  • Visit warehouses with the Engineering team for testing, inspection, and asset utilization assessments.
  • Generate discrepancy reports comparing physical counts, inventory records, and delivery documentation, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Hold meetings with the Fixed Assets unit to ensure records match and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure the Inventory Master file is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare a list of items for the recycling project.
  • Attend scrap collection activities at contractors’ warehouses and recycling facilities.
  • Prepare comprehensive recycling reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BSc in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Inventory Management & Warehouse Operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective coordination abilities.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
  • Telecom industry experience is preferred.
