**Requirements For This Role**:
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in the social and digital realm, preferably in an agency environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
- Manage projects from end to end - starting with the strategy brief through to asset delivery
- Significant digital marketing experience and a clear understanding of the social ecosystem
- Deep knowledge and experience in all social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Clear understanding of the different types of formats & best practices on each social platform
- Stay up to date with all digital and social trends and be able to recommend & implement them
- Experience in leading & supervising a team
- Solid understanding of creative processes and agency functions
