In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders from across the Middle East Business and KSA to develop comprehensive internal communications initiatives that align with regional and global business objectives. You'll create engaging and relevant internal communications events, campaigns and content that resonate with our diverse audiences in KSA and the wider Middle East region. You'll also provide expert guidance on best practices in internal communications and work closely with our global network of communications professionals to share insights, resources and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively as part of a global team of internal and external communicators and marketeers.
  • Advise stakeholders on internal communications best practices and work with business stakeholders to develop, deliver and measure internal communications strategies, campaigns and plans.
  • Develop and implement effective internal communications strategies and initiatives across KSA and the wider Middle East region, to connect our site-based employees to the business.
  • Develop strong relationships across the Middle East business that enable you to fully understand the strategies, challenges and contexts of the stakeholders you support to effectively deliver relevant and targeted messages.
  • Manage day-to-day internal communications deliverables in KSA, including the creation of content and the delivery of multi-channel strategies and campaigns.
  • Source and create content for a variety of online and offline channels and develop and manage new channels as required.
  • Organize and manage internal events primarily in KSA, and in the wider Middle East region as needed.
  • Support business change activities.
  • Ensure that practices, procedures, methodologies and tools are used effectively so that the objectives set out in the business plan are attained.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline would be preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in internal communications and/or employee engagement, ideally gained within a large corporate organization.
  • Evidence of delivering internal communication strategies, campaigns and plans that achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to convey complex topics in simple language to multiple audiences.
  • Experience in sourcing and creating content for a range of online and offline channels.
  • Confident to advise others (including senior stakeholders) on internal communications best practices.
  • Able to build effective working relationships and influence people.
  • High energy, with the drive and enthusiasm to make things happen.
  • Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects with limited direction.

The director of marketing and communications is in charge of all facets of the company’s brand and products from a MARCOM point of view. He/she should lead the marcom team to ensure that the tasks are appropriately assigned and delivered on time.

Coordinating, organising, and implementing marketing strategies, working on marketing budget, developing customer service processes, and searching growth opportunities are all part of his/her duties.

He/she is in charge of the marketing strategies. He/she should figure the best price for a product, create campaigns focused on a target audience, and promote it.

**Responsibilities:
- Direct audience/customer research, competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the market that can be exploited and worked on.
- Strategise and collaborate with the sales and product management teams to develop compact go-to market strategies for existing products and services while coming up with a new marketing ideas based on the research
- Nurture leads and engage customers by directing the development and execution of a sound digital & physical marketing strategy based on market and customer research.
- Develop the required changes in the digital marketing strategy based on timely data given by analytical tools.
- Direct social media, OOH & on ground
- Track the performance of the marketing strategies implemented and come up with timely modifications to nurture more leads online.
- Plan and spearhead marketing events and other campaigns to strengthen public relations and our company’s presence where it matters the most.
- Collaborate with content teams and distributing partners to ensure an integrated marketing strategy that works smoothly on all its levels.
- Develop an annual MarCom budget and keeping track of the resource needs for proper long term and short term scheduling.
- Keep track of the performing and nonperforming aspects of the marketing strategy at all levels of the business.
- Perform other vital duties as assigned

Our client is a large investment holding and is looking for a Communications and PR Analyst to supporting the development and implementation of internal and external communication initiatives to ensure consistent, engaging, and impactful messaging. This role collaborates closely with the VP of Corporate Communications and other stakeholders to enhance brand reputation, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities will Include:

  • Support the execution of internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals and brand values.
  • Draft, review, and distribute internal content such as announcements, newsletters, CEO updates, and employee engagement materials.
  • Assist in developing communication assets including posters, digital displays, templates, and internal documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external events, including town halls, webinars, media briefings, and press conferences.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating content that highlights company culture and career opportunities.
  • Liaise with media and external stakeholders to support reputation-building and public relations initiatives.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Must have a bachelor’s or higher degree in communications, public relations, marketing or Related field.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in internal/external communications, public relations, marketing or related field.
  • Professional Certifications such as Accredited in Public Relations (APR) or Certified Communications Professional (CCP) are plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools, with experience in design tools.

Job Summary

In this role, you will administer the development, management, and execution of corporate affairs and communications programs. You will research, write, edit, and maintain content for press releases on Bechtel projects, personnel, technical innovations, new job awards, and other activities. Your coordination of program elements will help drive impactful and strategic communication for Bechtel.

Major Responsibilities
  • Administers the development, management, and execution of corporate and public affairs and communications programs in support of a project or corporate group
  • Performs research and special assignments as assigned
  • Researches, writes, edits, and maintains content for press releases and articles on Bechtel projects, personnel, technical innovations, new job awards, and other Bechtel activities
  • Coordinates the preparation, clearing, and releasing of information, articles, photographs, and video to newspapers, magazines, and television
  • Researches, writes, edits, and maintains content for stories and articles for a variety of Bechtel publications and websites
  • Independently researches story ideas, conducts interviews with senior management or with persons external to Bechtel, and coordinates the necessary photography in support of the article
  • Supports the communications function, including researching, writing, editing, and maintaining content for face-to-face engagement, electronic news, intranet management, and change management activities
  • Supports stakeholder relations strategies and tactics
  • Coordinates and plans all-employee meetings, community outreach programs, and other events, including presentations and logistics
  • Collects information and analyzes the impact of the organization’s social responsibility programs and activities on key stakeholders
Education And Experience Requirements
  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge And Skills
  • Experience driving strategic initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A creative and dynamic approach to problem-solving
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in an internal communications team or digital communications team with an internal focus
  • Experience of producing content for multiple channels
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong digital skills including SharePoint and other delivery channels
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications – particularly PowerPoint, Word and Viva Suite
  • Arabic speaker preferred but not required
