We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online business, from strategy development to execution and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive online sales growth, increase customer engagement, and improve customer experience.
- Manage online store operations: Oversee all aspects of our online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Drive website traffic and conversions: Implement SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic to our website and convert visitors into customers.
- Analyze website performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize website performance.
- Manage customer relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication, customer service, and loyalty programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Stay abreast of the latest eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce management or a related role.
- Proven track record of success in driving online sales growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salla, Zid).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
