The Role:

Bikerz is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. This role is crucial in shaping our online presence, driving organic engagement, and building a loyal community across various digital platforms. You will be instrumental in executing our omnichannel strategy, transforming our brand narrative into compelling content, and directly contributing to our awareness and community delight objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Platform Content Management: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media content strategy across all Bikerz platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Content Calendar & Planning: Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar, incorporating trending topics, special days, company initiatives, and community events.
  • Organic Content Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and posting of all organic social media content, ensuring it aligns with Bikerz's brand voice, inbound methodology, and strategic objectives (brand awareness, thought leadership, community engagement).
  • Content Repurposing & Optimization: Work closely with the content team and Marketing Manager to repurpose existing high-value content into engaging, platform-specific formats for social media.
  • Community Engagement & Management: Actively manage and delight our community within WhatsApp groups, fostering interactive discussions, sharing exclusive content, and organizing engagement activities (e.g., polls, Q&A sessions, live streaming events).
  • Blog Management & Inbound Alignment: Collaborate on the Bikerz blog strategy, ensuring content is optimized for inbound best practices, supports SEO efforts, and effectively drives value without being gated.
  • User-Generated Content (UGC) Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to encourage, collect, and showcase authentic user-generated content from our community members and trainees.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, website traffic from social) to identify trends and inform future strategies.
  • Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels and organic content.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Bikerz at the forefront of digital engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Marketing Acumen: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, inbound methodology, and content marketing best practices.
  • Platform Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience managing content and communities across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, X, and WhatsApp.
