Policies, Processes & Procedures: Recommend improvements and contribute to the implementation of procedures & controls so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering the highest quality of service to customers.
MIS & Reports: Prepare MIS statements and reports to meet the departments and COMPANY’s requirements, policies and standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Social Science, Business Management, or equivalent
- Experience with related advisory services, management, or technical consultancy
- ITIL v3 Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred
- 6+ years of experience in a client servicing or partner relationship role
