Based in the Core Network Technical Sales department, you will be responsible for supporting sales management and customers in establishing, developing, and closing business opportunities in the field of Core Network Solutions Product such as Soft switch/ Media Gateway.
Major Responsibilities:- Presale support including quote, network design, proposal, pre-sale testing support, etc.
- Seek out, identify, develop, and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts. Collect and analyze all marketing information. Enhance customer relationships.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Mentor with hands-on expertise in RAN and/or Transmission to guide, train, and supervise ASP teams in telecom installation and quality assurance. This role is critical in ensuring Ericsson and customer standards are met, while providing practical training, live feedback, and quality audits to enhance field performance.
- On-Site Mentorship: Guide ASP teams during live installations and practical sessions.
- Gap Resolution: Address real-world gaps identified during theoretical and practical training.
- Installation Supervision: Oversee installation of Ericsson RBS 6000, transmission units, and RF components.
- Site Readiness: Verify civil and power readiness, and validate site survey data.
- EHS Compliance: Ensure pre-work safety checks, material verification, and documentation completeness.
- Commissioning Support: Assist with live commissioning and troubleshooting alongside integration teams.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct audits, coach on fault-finding (VSWR, DTF, sector swap, tilts, etc.), and ensure snag clearance.
- Reporting: Provide daily progress reports to ASP Managers & Mentors.
- Risk Management: Identify and report risks related to safety, performance, and quality.
- Performance KPIs: Drive metrics such as Quality FTR/NFTR, Safety FTP/NFTP, and QI scores.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Telecom Engineering or Technical Trade Certification.
- Experience: 3–5 years in GSM Field, RAN, or Transmission (Installation, Integration, Troubleshooting).
- Technical Expertise: Ericsson RBS 6000, RF systems, MW transmission, VLANs, and site documentation.
- Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of EHS procedures with valid certifications (Risk Assessment, Working at Height, First Aid, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting.
