Drives service sales process in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager. Generates service sales opportunities and secures profitable sales within the designated area(s). Focuses on Installed Base (IB) penetration (IB) and sells the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units. Builds long-term customer relationships and ensures immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.

- Drive Service Sales Growth: Penetrate Installed Base (IB) by promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions across ABB's full service portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships through Life Cycle Management (LCM).
- Strategic Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and review sales plans aligned with channel strategy and pricing, manage CRM pipeline, track proposals/tenders, and implement recovery actions to meet targets.
- Segment-Focused Solutions: Collaborate with key industries (Cement, Mining, Minerals, F&B, Utilities) to deliver tailored Motion Services (MOSE), leveraging expertise in Motors, VFDs, energy efficiency, and decarbonization initiatives.
- Digital & Technical Proficiency: Utilize IB databases, Salesforce CRM, and IoT/condition monitoring tools to identify opportunities, generate leads, and offer data-driven service solutions that enhance operational performance.

Qualifications for the Role
- Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of industry experience, preferably in sales and technical support within Saudi Arabia in Motor + VFD services business within { Cement , Mining , Minerals and Utilities } market
- Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of Motor and VFD systems, services offering , spare parts, service contract, modernization , Energy efficiency .etc
- Sales & Collaboration Skills : Proven ability in project and solution-based sales; effective cross-country collaboration and communication within virtual teams.
- Tools & Languages : Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC); fluent in English and Arabic.

The Sales Operations Lead Engineer is based in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and caters to all customers in the western region (Saudi Arabia and Bahrain) and reports to Regional Sales Director
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Review of Purchase orders in customer portal and communicate with customer for any amendments. Ensure that purchase orders are commercially and technically compliant before processing for order entry in accordance with relevant procedures
- Maintain the log of complete history of purchase order (from issue of PO to delivery). Maintain record of delivery performance for different customers in western region.
- Maintain and manage KPI's for Order Administration team, Invoice Administration team and Sales Administration team and create monthly dashboard
- Acknowledge purchase order in customer portal or through emails
- Coordinate on customer material rejections and provide resolution
- Attend customer meetings as required with regards to purchase orders
- Manage invoice submission on time and resolve any disputes that may arise
- Manage KPIs for customer documentation submission and make sure documents are submitted on time
- Align with local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics policy, with respect to all business activities
- Coordinate in Perfect Execution process for process improvement in business processes
- Work with IT team to build AI tools required to simplify the business processes
- Timely completion of Performance Management process for the team
- Fulfill any other reasonable duties as required by Regional Sales Director

- Experience in handling customer business portals such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and Aramco JVs
