You will partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Department Heads, and Senior Leadership to implement and optimize performance-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of the company’s performance management program (goal setting, mid-year reviews, end-of-year evaluations, feedback cycles, etc.)
  • Partner with department leads to roll out performance initiatives that align with team and company objectives

**Annual Budget**

- Owner of Funds Transfer Pricing Policy (FTP) and capital and income sharing policies that are embedded in the budgeting and reporting of actual results
- Support the Business Lines and support divisions in the preparation of their annual Budgets through budget guidelines and by testing the functionality of the Budget System
- Build the budget via frequent exchange of information and interactions with the involved stakeholders of the business lines and functions and the senior management of the bank

**Control environment**
- Responsible to maintain an effective control environment which includes the design and testing of key controls for the main processes e.g. segregation of duties (maker/checker), analytical reviews and reconciliations to General Ledger and across reporting dimensions.
