Your role

As an Account Executive, you will develop your designated territory—specific industries, geographies, or market segments—consisting of existing clients and prospects. You may focus on verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, and others within your territory. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your solution‑selling skills with prominent clients across various regions.

Responsibilities
  • Create and develop a detailed account plan for key prospects within your vertical.
  • Identify and build relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Craft compelling value propositions to support clients’ digitization initiatives.
  • Oversee all phases of the sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal counterparts across the organization.
  • Represent Dilitrust at Legal Tech events such as Legal Week in New York.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4 years of proven track record in account management, sales, or a customer‑facing role in the enterprise software space.
  • Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Consistent over‑achiever of quota and revenue goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales activities and maintain detailed records of all sales interactions.
  • Bilingual in English & Arabic.
Desired Skills
  • Ability to independently build and manage a territory plan and align complex product solutions with specific customer needs.
  • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders across large organizations, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

The Role:

To be the day to day contact on allocated areas of accounts, on both an internal and external basis. Delivering an efficient, effective and profitable service. To control and progress jobs through the Agency system, keeping all departments fully informed.

Responsibilities:

Client

  • Develop and maintain a close and productive relationship with relevant client contacts, acting with integrity at all times.
  • Identify problems as they arise with Line Manager.
  • Provide day to day contact with client.
  • Respond promptly to client requests, managing expectations in terms of speed and delivery of response, using appropriate briefing/admin structures.
  • Work with Account Manager to ensure all jobs are scheduled on time and budget and monitor progress through the Agency (using appropriate admin recording procedures).
  • Issue and distribute regular ‘work in progress’ reports internally and externally.
  • Issue contact reports for key meetings and telephone conversations within 24 – 48 hours, gaining Account Manager approval prior to distribution.
  • Work with Account Manager to research and prepare background information for briefs/pitches/presentations.
  • Develop an understanding of client’s business.

Business

  • Has a fresh view on things and is comfortable providing input and ideas and participating in team brainstorms.
  • Develops a solid understanding of integrated advertising skills and the power of effective advertising.
  • Able to present ideas with conviction.
  • Expected to monitor project plan every step of the way.
  • Constantly striving to achieve company goals with passion and energy and working to achieve your full potential.
  • Keep appropriate records and audit trail of all jobs and all client communications and follow up billing process.
  • An unrivalled level of organization is expected so that all campaigns run efficiently, with other team members relying on project organization in order to meet deadlines and understand client expectations.

  • The ability to identify new business opportunities & leads.
  • Constantly supports his seniors to ensure their vision and plans are achieved, especially during pitches.
  • Is up to date with Social Media channels, including Client’s competitive set.
  • Has the basic knowledge of any social/digital technical requirements to be able to smoothly manage any media deliverables.
  • Maintains a systematic and efficient filing system.

Professional

  • Is the ultimate project manager assistant; knows how to get it done. Is the go-to person for the execution of all advertising plans.
  • Has good knowledge and understanding of agency processes and the time required to complete each stage. Can formulate the implication of changes to budget and delivery timelines.
  • Displays a superior understanding of the needs of each department that will be involved in the execution of client projects. Provides key, relevant information to these departments in a timely manner.
  • Effectively fields questions from various departments pertaining to a brand/project, by demonstrating an understanding of client objectives, issues and requirements.
  • Ensures all internal reporting process for his jobs are done in a timely manner:
  • Job numbers.
  • Jobs closing.
  • Correct timesheet allocation.
  • Invoicing and financial process.

Leadership

  • Takes responsibility and ownership for actions taken and results.
  • Ability to solely handle medium sized campaign and assist on large scale projects.
  • Readiness for personal responsibility.
  • Negotiating and motivating other employees.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Understand and articulate the basics of advertising and marketing.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills & pro-active approach to creative projects.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of digital campaigns and how they are executed.
  • Saudi National preferred.
