Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute
    Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • Support the
    SAFE Maintenance Team
    in technical inspections and quality-related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional managers, production, and training departments to implement quality initiatives.
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and corrective actions.

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical Engineering
    or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in
    ISO/QMS/Quality Auditing

    4 years of proven experience
    in Quality Control within the energy, power, solar, or industrial sectors.

Strategic & Operational Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the QC department's multi-year strategy, aligning objectives with corporate goals and facility commissioning milestones.

Educational Background:

Industry Experience:

·   At least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing quality control in fire engineering planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance systems.

·   Work Experience in the Middle East is required.

·   Experience in Learning, Training and Development (e.g., Mentoring, Teaching, Coaching etc.)

Professional Body Membership & Certifications:

·   Membership of at least one of the following regional Engineering Councils: Saudi Council of Engineers, UAE Society of Engineers or Oman Society of Engineers.

·   ISO Internal Auditor Qualification (required).

·   Relevant fire & life safety certifications (e.g., NFPA, NICET, NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, IFE, SFPE, etc. or equivalent) preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

·   Deep understanding and application of fire protection systems, codes, standards, planning, design, construction, installation, operations, maintenance & management (e.g., NFPA, SBC, SASO, IBC, UL, BS, EN).
