Education & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering
or equivalent technical discipline. - Relevant certifications in
ISO/QMS/Quality Auditing
are a plus.
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum
4 years of proven experience
in Quality Control within the energy, power, solar, or industrial sectors. - Strong understanding of

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership:
- Develop and implement the QC department's multi-year strategy, aligning objectives with corporate goals and facility commissioning milestones.
- Prepare and manage the annual QC budget, monitor expenditures and report on cost variances.

Laboratory Oversight & Methodology

Qualifications

Educational Background:
A Master's or doctorate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field is required. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., ASQ-CQE, GMP certifications) are a plus.
Industry Experience:
