Overview
The role of the Test Lead is to ensure the verification of solution design, changes, and organization and system changes. This position is responsible for defining test approach/strategy, test plans, test scripts, summarizing QA metrics on defects, reviewing test scripts of QA and UAT resources, and planning of UAT testing.
Responsibilities- Manage UAT and System Testing related functions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, Development, Architects and BAs to ensure quality is prioritized and clearly communicated.
- Effectively communicate with project stakeholders to gain buy-in for the test approach.
- Define, review and implement the Test Strategy, Quality processes and procedures. Enforce adherence to the program’s Quality processes and procedures. Review test plans and test cases.
- Review project documentation to determine cost-effective / quality test approach.
- Clearly communicate test approach in relevant test documentation and test management tools and ensure all requirements are traceable.
- Ensure all test collateral is of high standard and conforms to best practice.
- Deliver, track and report on the project plan for the entire test event.
- Closely monitor and track risks/issues and work with the project team to resolve them.
- Manage test resource allocation (ramp-up/ramp-down) and communicate/delegate effectively within the test team.
- Prepare and present post-project review documentation.
- Produce detailed estimates / dependencies / assumptions / test requirements.
- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years in a similar position.
- Experience in HP Quality Center (at least 3 projects) - Unified Functional Testing.
- Proven track record in delivering test management services and solutions using industry-standard test methodologies.
- Project Management certification is an advantage.
- Experience in selecting, implementing and managing test tools.
- Hands-on experience delivering test solutions and working with other teams to meet business requirements.
- Ability to align test methodologies and governance processes with PMO and other IT functions.
- Experience initiating and maintaining strategic relationships internally and externally, with strong influencing skills to achieve business goals.
- Provide coaching in developing technical skills and abilities in others.
- English and Arabic language communication skills.

The Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Management Section Manager is responsible for evaluation and testing to identify weak points, analyze results, and ensure proper communication to confirm effective corrective measures are taken in a timely manner.

- Share requirements and needs to develop the information and cybersecurity action plan, and ensure alignment with the Authority's strategy
- Develop the operational plan of the Vulnerability Management and Testing Department and align it with the Information and Cyber Security Action Plan and the Strategic Plan for Analysis and Risk
- Implement plans and provide the necessary inputs to be able to achieve the objectives of the Gap Management and Testing Department, which supports the overall strategic objectives of the Authority.
- Discuss the budget requirements of the Division Management and Testing Gaps with senior management and provide input related to the budgeting process.
