Main Purpose

The Test Lead is responsible for overseeing the verification of solution designs, system and organizational changes, and ensuring that all testing activities align with project goals and quality standards. The role will define the test strategy and approach, create test plans and scripts, monitor quality metrics, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT and System Testing functions across various projects.

Education

Experience

• 8+ years of relevant IT experience, including 4+ years in a similar test leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with HP Quality Center / Unified Functional Testing in at least 3 projects.
• Proven track record in delivering test management services using industry-standard methodologies.
• Experience with project and test tool selection, implementation, and governance.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.
