Oversea all aspects of the supply chain function, including procurement, contract and tendering activities, inventory management, and vendor management to support the company objectives and operational needs

• Contribute and monitor the work done by the team members and ensure it is completed on time without delay.

• Above 15 years of experience in related field including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Master's degree in business administration, Purchasing & Procurement, or any other (Preferred Requirements )

Position: Procurement and Contract Support Coordinators

Location: Onsite

Engagement: Full-time | Immediate Start

• Support in preparing RFPs, , and contract documentation for all sectors.
• Consolidate requirements into procurement packages.
• Manage vendor performance and delivery schedules.
• Assist employees across all sectors in creating and processing MRs, PRs through SAP (hands- on support, data entry, validation, and follow-up with Finance).
• Validate invoices and ensure timely submission to Finance.
• Maintain enterprise-wide contracts tracker (status, commitments, spend, balance).
• Provide monthly reports on contracts, projects status and services received but not invoiced.
• Conduct orientation sessions with sector heads and key users to clarify the role of the support team, and to reinforce that the engagement is meant to enable and facilitate not replacing existing responsibilities.
• Develop a light change management and communication plan to ensure smooth adoption of the support client across Mining sectors.
• Validation of Master data e.g. (Vendor Management Master data).
