We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead our procurement department, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and optimizing our supply chain processes to support the organization's goals.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to maximize cost savings and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
  • Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Analyze market trends, pricing data, and supplier performance to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with organizational objectives

Responsibilities
  • Review of the EPCM Contractor’s procurement plans, material requisitions, and procurement schedules.
  • Coordinate technical evaluation of vendor proposals, bid tabulations (TBEs), and vendor selection processes and commercial evaluations (CBE).
  • Review and validation of purchase orders (POs), vendor documentation, logistics plans, and quality assurance measures.
  • Coordinate and participate in FATs, vendor inspections, and expediting activities.
