We are seeking a tech savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong understanding of ATS and AI-driven recruitment tools to join our HR team.
You will play a key role in headhunting top-tier hospitality professionals optimizing recruitment pipelines and helping shape the future of talent at our leading F&B and entertainment group.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent aligned with SIHAMCO's vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Contribute to employer branding, specially in job ad writing and digital presence.
- Maintain compliance with Saudi Labor Laws and hiring best practices.
