As an Procurement Specialist - Indirects at Efficio, you will be embedded with client procurement functions, delivering procurement activity to realise Saudi Vision 2030.

Vision 2030 is a strategic framework to reduce Saudi Arabia's dependence on oil, diversify its economy, and develop public service sectors including : Health, Education, Construction and Infrastructure, Recreation and Tourism.

What will you be doing?
  • As a Procurement Specialist, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing strategy through to purchase order execution, with a strong focus on IT, cybersecurity, and professional services. Your role will ensure that procurement activities are efficient, compliant, and value-driven.
  • Manage the entire procurement process: from requirements gathering and market engagement through to supplier selection and PO execution.
  • Drive sourcing initiatives across IT (software, hardware, services), cybersecurity solutions, and professional services, identifying opportunities for cost savings and service improvement.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory frameworks, while maintaining a client-focused mindset.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., business units, finance, legal) to support alignment and effective decision-making across approval workflows.
