Plant Operator (Field) - High Olefin FCC Section

Responsibilities:- Perform or assist in start-up or shutdown of plant and facilities according to approved procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and walk-throughs to ensure efficient plant operation, identifying malfunctions or symptoms and reporting them.
- Respond to emergency or upset conditions, performing necessary actions such as flaring, blow down, isolation, diversion, and switching, with close communication with the console operator or shift supervisor.
- Collect samples and perform process chemical and physical tests as required.
- Support or assist the shift supervisor, including communication with other sections, contractors, or vendors, and issuing work permits.
- Perform in-plant housekeeping duties and provide technical advice to colleagues, sharing experiences to promote efficient operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
- High school diploma with 8 years of experience in ECR or Diploma with 5 years of experience in ECR.
- Understanding of plant mechanisms and start/stop field operations.
- Knowledge of instruments, DCS, and emergency shutdown systems.
- Thorough understanding of refinery or petrochemical plant layout and processes.
- Safety awareness and adherence to safety policies and hazard protection.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Perform or assist in the start-up or shut down of assigned plant and facilities according to approved operating procedure or instruction
