Operates and maintains machinery and equipment providing light, heat, power, oxygen, water, LPG, compressed air and other utilities services that are around the plants and Hospital areas.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Operates and maintains oil fired boilers, related equipment, auxiliary services, standby electrical supply system and other standby equipment.

2. Monitors and records all machinery performance log sheets showing operating data of equipment, verifies reports and takes necessary corrective action. Informs Shift Supervisor or Senior Plant Operator about the changes of data and carries out level one maintenance according to the schedule and makes minor repairs as required.

3. Collects water samples from all circulating systems as required. Inspects equipment to detect any malfunctions. Cleans all related equipment during periodic overhauls and once it gets dirty as well as the working areas.

4. Coordinates equipment outages and assures complete and safe isolation of systems that requires repair or modification. Observes the alarm systems and takes proper action during emergencies.

5. Operates electrical transmission and distribution control switchgear systems as instructed.

6. Off-loading (LPG) Liquid Propane Gas, (LOX) Liquid Oxygen and Diesel Fuel.

7. Responds to all emergency calls after duty hours and during week -end as required.

8. Follows all prescribed safety procedures.

9. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.

10. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.

**Education**:
B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.

OR

Technical Diploma in related field is required.

**Experience Required**:
No experience is required with B.S. Degree.

OR

Three (3) years of related experience is required with the Technical Diploma.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi driver's license — A driver's license from country of origin is necessary t obtain a Saudi driver's license.

• Meeting delivery schedules, pre-set time for operations and quality of product.
• Looking after material movements and machine loading within the operating area, including overhead crane operation.

• Have Mechanical/Engineering background and minimum of 1 year experience in Assembly & Pressure testing in oil and gas industry.
• Have Basic computer literacy.
• Have working understanding of engineering drawings.

1. Manage blending process as instructed by shift supervisor.
2. Operate machines & equipment as per manufacturer instructions.

4. Housekeeping of warehouse, production floor and plant premises.
