**You will be required to perform the following**:Lead the Execution of capital projects according to the scope, schedule and budget. Manage the team under the unit in executing the projects and provide guidance and directives to ensure successful completion of the project. Leverage expertise in Petrochemical projects and provide the appropriate actions for the team to follow in all phases of the project. Provide the technical and project management oversight to the design, construction, precommissioning, commissioning, startup of facilities, and close out of projects. Ensure timely resolution of project issues arising in all phases of the project development. Ensure safety measures are implemented in the projects’ execution. Implement company initiatives in projects and business processes under the division. Be fully familiar with company Key Performance Indices (KPIs) and achieve them for projects under the division. Prepare/Review monthly project performance reports showing the status of design, material procurement, construction, milestones, commitments, payments, charges, variances from standards, waivers and problems and present them to higher management. Anticipate and plan for changes in project scope, timing or costs. Prepare documentation and obtain management approval. Assign appropriate manpower to all parts and phases of the project. Ensure appropriate training and development paths are assigned to each division employee. Oversee and review incoming and outgoing correspondence concerning projects assigned. Ensure that proper job records are maintained on all assigned projects. Negotiate agreements and change orders with design and execution contractors. Assure that variances from standards are minimized.
**Responsible for project development**: engineering studies, licensors selection, technical bid reviews, preliminary engineering, detail design, materials procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, handover, commissioning, startup, and close out. Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and schedule. Attend project meetings e.g. progress, stakeholders, design review, value improvement, etc. Review of project schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned project progress and challenge below par performance of the contractor. Uphold engineering ethics and maintain high standards of professional behavior and conduct.
**Minimum requirements**:
An advanced degree is preferred. You will also obtain a PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification You will have *15 years’ experience in project management field related to refining and petrochemical industries with a specialty in Petrochemicals. Including Seven (7) years of experience as Sr. PE or project manager in design, construction, precommissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation.
You will have a mastery understanding of international procedures of Projects Phases, Engineering Phases, Bidding procedures, Procurement Processes, Construction Requirements and up to date Best Practices. In addition, be familiar with procedures and standards.
You will have a mastery understanding of contract documents (inclusive of appendices, drawings and specifications), project execution plan, interface management, change management, construction sequencing, standards specifications and project schedule to support Department Manager in timely completion of projects. You will have a mastery understanding of scheduling principles and recovery methods.
You must have a mastery understanding of cashflow distribution in projects, resource planning and distribution and understanding of crisis management and ability to calmly manage project issues.
You will have a dynamic attitude towards project improvements and savings You must be flexible to work in multinational teams and mobilize to different locations including remote areas as needed.

OverviewWe are seeking a Refinery, Petrochemicals Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist to join the LTC Program Development.
As a recognized company expert in the chemical business, IK Liquids to Chemicals Development Admin Area is developing the production, shipping, and supply of refined products, chemical liquids, and chemical solids (polymers).
Your primary role will be to develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy for one or more integrated refinery and petrochemical complexes.
Key Responsibilities- Review plans and deliverables for new integrated refinery and petrochemical projects to ensure compliance with Company Standards, Regulations, and industry codes related to supply chain management and logistics.
- Participate in prefeasibility/feasibility studies, pre-FEED/FEED phases, and EPC studies for refinery and petrochemical projects.
- Develop, review, and analyze engineering documents related to supply chain and logistics, including marine terminals, jetties, berths, polymer logistics hubs, liquids and solids handling centers, pipelines, rail systems, storage tanks, warehouses, and packaging.
- Develop and negotiate commercial agreements such as MOUs, supply agreements, joint development agreements, and other contracts for supply chain systems.
- Participate in market studies to understand supply and demand for targeted products.
- Collect and interpret data to determine supply chain KPIs.
- Lead and implement work processes and management systems related to logistics and operations improvement programs.
- Identify, assess, and optimize material flow and risk trade-offs across the supply chain.
- Lead the development of supply chain strategy, including market analysis, segmentation, channels, investments, and sourcing decisions.
- Test supply chain scenarios through simulation modeling.
- Develop timelines and coordinate with contractors to ensure project completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering from a recognized program; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 15 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industry.
- Knowledge of refining and petrochemical processes, infrastructure, utilities, and services.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations in refineries and petrochemical complexes.
- Experience in prefeasibility/feasibility studies and EPC phases for related projects.
- Experience in commercial negotiations and project development for third-party models like BOO and BOOT.
- Knowledge of market supply and demand for refined and petrochemical products and their international destinations.

Your primary role is to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in economic evaluation, investment planning and budgeting, field development and depletion planning, and investment decision analysis (including risk and uncertainty) on unconventional field development.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Prepare investment and budget plans, inclusive of both short and long-range planning.
- Build economic models and evaluations to support fast-paced development decision making.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and support functions to strategize and implement field development plans.
- Perform scenario planning, sensitivity, and portfolio ranking studies as directed by management.
- Carry out risk & uncertainty assessments inclusive of technical and financial components.
- Conversant with reserves estimation, validation and booking for unconventional plays.
- Provide economic & operational benchmarking of North American unconventional plays.
- Develop and implement new work processes, best technical practices, governance and controls.
- Coach and mentor less experienced Saudi engineers and effectively explain ideas, concepts, and techniques.
