**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Planning Engineer to join our site-based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape. The objective of this program is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Develop, integrate, and maintain Level 1-4 schedules and updates to the Integrated Master Schedule in Primavera P6.
+ Build robust logic, calendars, and coding structures; align interfaces across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
+ Establish and control schedule baselines; perform regular updates, progress measurement, and variance/trend analysis.
+ Conduct critical and near‑critical path analysis; run what‑if scenarios; recommend recovery/acceleration strategies.
+ Prepare resource‑loaded schedules; perform resource analysis and leveling; identify bottlenecks and coordinate resolutions with discipline leads.
+ Support schedule risk assessments; document assumptions, quantify potential impacts, and track mitigations.
+ Prepare and support time impact analyses for approved changes and identified delays; contribute to claims documentation as needed.
+ Produce clear dashboards and reporting for project leadership and clients; facilitate schedule reviews and look‑ahead planning.
+ Mentor junior planners and support continuous improvement of tools, templates, and procedures.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 7-10 years of progressive planning/scheduling experience on multi‑disciplinary projects.
+ Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6; working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.
+ Strong command of CPM scheduling, baseline control, progress measurement, and variance/trend analysis.
+ Experience with resource‑loaded scheduling and cross‑functional coordination.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Professional certifications such as PMI‑SP, AACE PSP, PMP (or equivalent).
+ Experience with schedule quality and risk tools (e.g., Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis).
+ Familiarity with DCMA 14‑Point Assessment and AACE Recommended Practices.
+ Background supporting time impact analyses, delay analysis, and claims in EPC/Design‑Build environments.
+ Power BI/Tableau skills for schedule dashboards; data modeling/SQL familiarity is a plus.

Job Purpose
