Job Purpose: The Head of Project Execution oversees all aspects of Project Execution within the organization, ensuring that all Airside and Terminal activities comply with the regulations and quality requirements. They provide strategic direction, ensure safety compliance, and facilitate effective communication among Stakeholders ensuring successful project outcomes. Position Accountability Description: Strategic Planning and Leadership:Develop and implement strategic plans and provide strategic direction and leadership for project execution that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring a high level of performance and professional development.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's project execution processes remain competitive and effective. Project Management Oversight:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all Airside and Terminal projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Ensure the acquisition of necessary permits and clearances for sitework, and compliance with the relevant safety and environmental standards (GACAR, ICAO, FAA etc.).
Conduct regular reviews and audits of project documentation, progress reports, and safety records. Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and develop the Project Execution team, setting clear performance expectations and providing continuous support.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and engaged workforce, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence Stakeholder Management:Maintain strong relationships with key Stakeholders, including Contractors, Vendors, local Authorities, and community members.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and Stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns promptly.
