Overview

As Project Manager, Lounges, you will ideate, develop and execute the planning and delivery of player and talent lounge requirements for the Esports World Cup and Esports Nations Cup at two simultaneous locations. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, from budgeting and concept development through on-site execution, ensuring alignment across all operational functions.

Job Status: Fixed Time (Fixed Contract Running through January 2027)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Reporting to: Lead, Area Project Management

What you’ll do
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (player management, product, broadcast etc.) to ensure lounge operations integrate seamlessly with wider event delivery
  • Ensure that the needs of players and talent are captured and executed in a logical and streamlined process
  • Work closely with our external partners, as well as internal stakeholders, to make sure we meet and exceed our expectations, including furniture hire and purchasing
What you need

Must have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • Experience planning, initiating, monitoring, and implementing events together with a team
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to carry out several tasks at the same time
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing requirements and resolve issues in real-time
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

  • Experience, knowledge, and understanding of esports and gaming
  • Knowledge of scenic, lighting, audio, & video systems

Please note: This position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals, currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires hybrid attendance, with regular in-office presence at our Riyadh location as per business needs.

We are seeking a project Management specialist to join joint Venture projects Support Division (JVPS)

Joint Venture Projects Support Division (JVPS) under Fuels Strategy & Capital Planning Department (FS&CPD) is responsible for providing oversight and support to Aramco affiliates projects within Downstream Fuels portfolios. This includes providing an independent view to decision makers on project progress, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.

Your primary role is to lead and conduct project execution capability assessment or project health check assessment to identify gaps that will impact project execution. You are also going to provide project management consultations to project teams as required.

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Conduct project execution capability assessment or project health check assessment for joint venture projects and present the outcome to the project sponsor.
  • Analyze projects performance and present results to the project team and project sponsor.
  • Prepare reports to analyses project progress in development or execution stages
  • Facilitate project risks analysis.
  • Collect and analyze projects lessons learned
  • Support project team by providing them with consultation in project management best practices and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized and approved program. A master degree in engineering is preferred .

You will have 15 years work experiences in project management, including at least 10 years as project or construction engineer.

  • you must have PMP certificate from Project Management Institute (or equivalent)
  • You must have work experiences in mega projects for refineries, petrochemicals or infrastructure industries.
  • you will also have experiences in developing project scope, project schedule and cost estimates.
  • You must have experience and knowledge in modularization and stick built construction processes.
  • you will be able to demonstrate knowledge in project engineering practices, governance, bid evaluation, cost estimating, planning, scheduling and technical development.
  • You will have the ability to work in international business environment and cross-cultural professional.
  • you must have professional level in working with MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Power BI.
  • Presentation skills and efficient communication are necessary.

Boeing Saudi Arabia is seeking an Entry-Level Project Management Specialist to support the Program Management Team in Riyadh.

The Program Management Specialist will assist in various project management tasks, ensuring adherence to project management standards and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in project management within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Scheduling Support:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining program schedules to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards.
  • Communication Facilitation:
  • Support communication efforts with customer counterparts and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a focal point for programs, projects, or functions as required.
  • Logistics and Compliance:
  • Assist in logistics, import, and export efforts related to program activities.
  • Support the review of proposals, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
  • Collect program data from program managers, leads, and engineers for weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Assist in the maintenance of quality directives, policies, processes, and metrics.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
  • Support the implementation of best practices that aid project decision-makers.
  • Assist in planning and business requirements as needed.
  • Documentation Coordination:
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather and organize documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and vendor quotes.
  • Ensure all documents comply with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Meeting Participation:
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings, assisting in preparation and follow-up.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes in a timely manner.
  • Presentation and Reporting:
  • Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum One Year experience in related field is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows-based systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills in proposal preparation, presentation, clarification, and report writing for all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Professional applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Saudi law.

Employment is subject to the candidate's ability to satisfy all Saudi labor and immigration formalities.
