**What will I be doing?**
As Manager of Marketing Communications, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Deliver creative service as requested by all departments, including sales, marketing, owner services and contracts, while staying aligned with the most updated brand guidelines and legal requirements
+ Plan and execute print/web/online collateral and marketing strategies
+ Communicate/negotiate with vendors
+ Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive advertising and public relations plan, including media planning as well as creative/visuals
+ Communicate with other managers/divisions to create and execute effective advertising and public relations plans
+ Plan and execute press releases, press conferences, press briefings, press tours, and overall press relations
+ Make the timeshare owners' newsletter (quarterly) as well as internal communications materials
+ Supervise a Marketing Communications coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a creative, bilingual (Arabic/English) Social Media Associate Service Provider to support our marketing team in managing and expanding our digital presence. The ideal candidate will contribute to the planning, development, and execution of monthly content calendars across all social platforms and will be hands-on in content creation, writing, and gathering during major events.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management- Plan and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) with a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and key events.
- Develop creative content (static, video, Reels, Stories) aligned with brand tone and voice & manager design process with the Graphic Designer.
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, and monitor analytics to track growth and performance.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms using tools like Buffer, Later, or native platforms.
- Create and maintain a monthly content development and gathering plan (e.g., team stories, founder features, live events).
- Attend key events and activations to capture real-time content (photo, video, live coverage).
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers when needed.
- Collect quotes, insights, and behind-the-scenes material for post-event storytelling.
Website Blog & Content Management
- Maintain and update Endeavor’s website blog, ensuring it highlights thought leadership, event pages, and organizational insights in-line with social media activity.
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog articles and updates, reflecting Endeavor’s expertise and impact.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and share content that aligns with key initiatives and organizational goals.
- Write compelling captions, stories, and short-form content in both Arabic and English.
- Craft copy for event promotions, founder highlights, partnerships, and more.
- Adapt tone per platform and per audience (professional for LinkedIn, community-driven for Instagram, etc.).
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, guidelines, and visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with the design team and other departments for cross-functional campaigns.
LOCATION & WORKING STYLE
- Location: This is a remote or Hybrid position . You’ll be expected to deliver on the scope of work remotely or attend at the office( Hybrid or Remote). In addition, attendance at key events.
- Working Hours: You must be available from 9 AM (GMT +3) to 5 PM (GMT +3), to align with team schedules and project timelines.
- Work Delivery Schedule: This is a service provider contract, with an expectation of 45 hours per week during the contract period.
- Rate : 900 - 1500USD/Month
- Service Contract Duration : Yearly contract that can be renewed at the end of period.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management and public relations, and content creation, with a focus on brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
- Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic, with experience in creating press releases, social media copy, and blog content.
- Analytical skills to measure the performance of social media with actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, creative, and highly organized.
