Key Responsibilities
Company Formation & Licensing

- Coordinate with Chamber of Commerce for membership registration and compliance

Client Management & Consultation

Government Relations & Compliance
- Serve as primary liaison with Saudi government entities including MISA, Ministry of Commerce, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure all company formation activities comply with current Saudi commercial law and regulations
- Stay current with regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly
- Manage document preparation, attestation, and Arabic translation requirements
- Handle visa processing and Iqama applications for General Managers and key personnel
Documentation & Process Management
- Prepare and review Articles of Association, corporate documents, and legal agreements
- Maintain accurate client files and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
- Coordinate with legal counsel, banks, and other service providers as required
- Implement and maintain efficient workflow processes to ensure timely service delivery

Essential Requirements
- University Degree
in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field - Minimum 2+ years experience
in company formation, specifically in Saudi Arabia or GCC region - Fluent English
- excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic proficiency preferred but not mandatory)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi company formation processes, MISA licensing, and commercial law
- Experience with government liaison work and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia

- Mudad (WPS) – payroll file submission and wage protection monitoring.
