Company Formation PRO (Public Relations Officer)

Key Responsibilities

Company Formation & Licensing

  • Guide clients through the complete Saudi company formation process from initial consultation to operational status
  • Prepare and submit MISA (Ministry of Investment) license applications and manage approval processes
  • Handle Commercial Registration (CR) applications and renewals with Ministry of Commerce
  • Coordinate with Chamber of Commerce for membership registration and compliance
  • Manage post-incorporation requirements including VAT registration, GOSI enrollment, and tax registration

Client Management & Consultation

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with international clients seeking to establish Saudi operations
  • Provide expert advice on optimal business structures (LLC, Branch Office, SJSC) based on client needs
  • Develop customized company formation strategies aligned with Vision 2030 opportunities
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide post-formation support services
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain transparent communication throughout the formation process

Government Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as primary liaison with Saudi government entities including MISA, Ministry of Commerce, and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure all company formation activities comply with current Saudi commercial law and regulations
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly
  • Manage document preparation, attestation, and Arabic translation requirements
  • Handle visa processing and Iqama applications for General Managers and key personnel

Documentation & Process Management

  • Prepare and review Articles of Association, corporate documents, and legal agreements
  • Maintain accurate client files and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, banks, and other service providers as required
  • Implement and maintain efficient workflow processes to ensure timely service delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key government contacts and service providers

Essential Requirements

  • University Degree
    in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years experience
    in company formation, specifically in Saudi Arabia or GCC region
  • Fluent English
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic proficiency preferred but not mandatory)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi company formation processes, MISA licensing, and commercial law
