Requirements

  • Experience writing content across various formats: social media posts, website content, printed materials, presentations, Product Email, PR, etc

This role reports to the Director of Communications.

Location: This role is home based in the EMEA region.

What your day will look like

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, SEO and brand.
  • Manage our content calendar end to end, ensuring content is efficiently produced with minimum friction and process clarity.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency and brand alignment in everything we produce.
  • Collaborate with our web and growth engineering teams to optimize content for search engines, building on proven SEO expertise.
  • Supervise quarterly content planning sessions and work closely with content specialists, product management and marketing to optimize content plans.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for our content program and use analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Align messaging to ensure integrated campaign support across channels, working closely with our marketing, product and brand teams.

What we are looking for in you

  • At least 5 years of work experience in content or related roles, preferably at technology companies, with 2+ years of experience as a manager or team lead.
  • Proven experience creating authoritative and engaging content. Portfolio of written work required.
  • Applied knowledge of SEO, experience with SEO tools and SEO-driven content calendars.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to create highly efficient processes for content production and reuse.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a relevant discipline.
  • Someone who is passionate about technology and open source.
  • A problem solver: you don't shy away from taking on challenges and see projects through to completion.
  • Attention to detail and appreciation for standards: you value quality and accuracy but can adapt quickly when the need arises.

The Role
The Associate Director – Masterplan Content Marketing is responsible leading, coordinating, and managing the production of all visualization efforts for the districts to support meeting development objectives and cross-asset leasing and sales objectives. Track project progress, allocate resources, and ensure that all aspects of the visualization production are delivered on time and within scope. • Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for visualization efforts, understanding district vision, offering and sales and leasing requirements, providing regular updates, and ensuring ongoing management throughout the project lifecycle and various stages of development • Quality control and creative excellence: Ensure that all CGI and film outputs meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and innovation. Provide regular feedback and mentorship to the team to maintain creative excellence and refine the visual storytelling approach • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CGI, film production, and visualization tools, incorporating innovative techniques and technologies to enhance the visual impact for the Districts. • Stakeholder Engagement: Present visualizations and films to stakeholders, communicating the value and unique proposition of the Districts. • Collaboration: Responsible for collaborating with the Director – City & Masterplan and the wider marketing, development teams and external architects, designers to understand concepts, objectives and translate it into engaging visual content.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Visual Design, Film Production, Computer Graphics, or a related field. • Additional certifications in CGI, Animation, or Film Production is a plus. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in CGI production, animation, or film direction, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing a creative production team • Strong portfolio of work, including high-level CGI renderings, animations, and cinematic films for architectural, real estate, or master planning projects. • Proven experience in leading large-scale property or master planning projects through visualization. • In-depth knowledge of CGI and film production techniques and systems, modelling and post production workflows. • Strong understanding of architectural principles, urban design, and property masterplanning. • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross functional teams and stakeholders. • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high production standards.
