- Manage influencer marketing for the Keeta Middle East project, including establishing connections with influencers, communicating specific scripts and content based on different goals, ensuring the overall implementation of the project, and conducting subsequent data reviews.
- Identify overseas user needs, analyze user preferences, highlight product features, create relevant content, and independently manage creative quality to ensure conversion effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize content strategies through data analysis, user research, and product insight to enhance performance metrics.
- Familiar with growth methodologies and knowledgeable about major social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube). Capable of consistently generating creative ideas and strategies, driving implementation, and continuously optimizing iterations.
Skills Required:

specialized in both Arabic and English at Lean, you will play a key role in creating compelling, high-quality AR/EN content that drives growth, strengthens our brand, and supports our commercial goals across MENA.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product and sales teams to produce and manage content across various channels from Arabic blogs and case studies to campaign assets, social media, and email flows.
Your work will ensure we speak to our audience in their language, with the right tone and cultural relevance, enabling faster campaign launches, consistent publishing, and stronger brand presence in both UAE and KSA markets.

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Translate complex fintech concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable content.
- Blog posts and thought leadership articles
- Customer case studies and success stories
- Social media copy for LinkedIn and X
- Internal communications, newsletters, and announcements
- Apply SEO best practices for Arabic and English content, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and internal linking.
Campaign Support & Growth Enablement
- Develop Arabic and English content for growth and brand campaigns including:
- Paid ads (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
- Conversion-optimized landing pages
- Lead magnets, checklists, and downloadable resources
- Follow-up email sequences and nurture flows
- Maintain and update the social and website content calendar in sync with marketing campaigns.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
- Partner with growth, product marketing, and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Maintain and evolve Lean's Arabic and English content style guide.
- Upload and format Arabic content using Webflow, Notion, and scheduling tools.
- Continuously test, adapt, and optimize content for engagement and conversion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Native-level Arabic writing skills with excellent grammar, style, and attention to detail.
- 3–5 years' experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles, ideally in B2B or fintech.
- Strong SEO knowledge for Arabic and English search optimization.
- Ability to write for multiple formats (blogs, social media, landing pages, email).
- Familiarity with performance marketing content formats and objectives.
- Skilled at adapting complex topics into clear, engaging Arabic content.
- Collaborative, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services industries.
- Understanding of regional cultural nuances across GCC and MENA.

We are looking for an outstanding content marketing team manager to lead our content efforts and manage a team of brilliant writers and content strategists. Canonical has a robust portfolio of open source products and offers support for a wide range of open source technologies. This role is for someone who cares deeply about narrative quality and wants to elevate our brand positioning. It requires process discipline and creative smarts, leadership skills and performance-driven strategy to ensure our content aligns with our business objectives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, technology marketing and the use of technology in marketing. They would love to gain experience optimizing content processes, coaching others on their narrative skills and building brand authority. They enjoy learning and improving themselves, the team and the organization. They problem solve, get hands-on, experiment, measure and use automation to make daily life easier. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be metrics-driven, highly organized and skilled at team development, capacity planning and cross-functional collaboration.
This role reports to the Director of Communications.
Location: This role is home based in the EMEA region.
What your day will look like
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, SEO and brand.
- Manage our content calendar end to end, ensuring content is efficiently produced with minimum friction and process clarity.
- Ensure content quality, consistency and brand alignment in everything we produce.
- Collaborate with our web and growth engineering teams to optimize content for search engines, building on proven SEO expertise.
- Supervise quarterly content planning sessions and work closely with content specialists, product management and marketing to optimize content plans.
- Monitor and report on KPIs for our content program and use analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities.
- Align messaging to ensure integrated campaign support across channels, working closely with our marketing, product and brand teams.
- At least 5 years of work experience in content or related roles, preferably at technology companies, with 2+ years of experience as a manager or team lead.
- Proven experience creating authoritative and engaging content. Portfolio of written work required.
- Applied knowledge of SEO, experience with SEO tools and SEO-driven content calendars.
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to create highly efficient processes for content production and reuse.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a relevant discipline.
- Someone who is passionate about technology and open source.
- A problem solver: you don't shy away from taking on challenges and see projects through to completion.
- Attention to detail and appreciation for standards: you value quality and accuracy but can adapt quickly when the need arises.
Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills.
