As a Technical Customer Success Manager , you willbe accountable for building and maintaining relationships with customers, influencing long-term strategic direction, and acting as a trusted advisor driving engagement at the CXO level with technology decision-makers.

Help us shape the future of communications by:

• Serving as a technical liaison between sales and product development teams to nurture deals through the sales process and assist in solution design, quote, proposal, RFP response, and other documentation requirements.

• Understanding the conversational automation platforms, their offerings/capabilities, and the problems that these offerings can solve for Enterprises in each Industry and each function.

• Attending meetings with Sales team members during which you will be required to understand customer pain points, customer requirements, and business goals and suggest the most appropriate solution for the customer.

• Participating in problem escalation and call prevention projects to help clients and other technical specialists increase their efficiency when using the company's products.

• Implementing product demos and pilots to showcase the company's value to prospects and clients.

• Providing timely, prioritized, and complete client-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and/or Development regarding client’s business cases.

• Building and implementing Success Plans for assigned customers.

• Managing day-to-day Customer Success functions for assigned customers.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Project Finance team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is centered on developing financial models for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality financial advisory services to government and private sector clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and maintain complex financial models for PPP projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
2. Assist in the financial structuring and analysis of large-scale PPP projects.
3. Conduct due diligence, risk assessment, and financial feasibility studies.
4. Support senior team members in preparing and presenting financial reports and recommendations to clients.
5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including legal, tax, and technical experts to provide comprehensive project finance solutions.
6. Engage with clients to understand their project finance needs and deliver tailored advisory services.
7. Contribute to the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
8. Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her areas of expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. A strong finance background with at least 4 years of experience in project finance.
2. Proven track record of developing financial models for PPP projects for government or private sector clients.
3. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
4. Sector experience within healthcare, real estate, and/or transport is preferred.
5. Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
6. CFA or equivalent finance degree.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
