Job Description:
Job Summary:
The role reports to the Head of Engineering (Chief Engineer) and the System Integration Lead Engineer and is responsible for the system integration of a large security system during its development and on-site deployment. This includes the integration of deliverables (HW/SW), as well as support of the acceptance process with the customer. The role is based in Riyadh, but frequent travel to locations in Saudi Arabia is required. Occasional international travel is also expected.
Person Specifications:
The successful candidate shall hold the following required qualifications and should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Electrical Engineering / Information Technology or related field
- Experience in the Integration of systems (SI) and familiar with the applicable INCOSE and international system engineering standards
- Experience in the writing of technical procedures and reports
- Experience in the detailed planning of work and deliverables
- Experience with complex, large scale interconnected IT-based systems
- Ability to work in a customer-oriented environment and within the cultural environment of Saudi Arabia
- Analytical thinking and strong engineering mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong listening skills (to understand Engineering and Customer requirements)
- Strong service orientation and on-time delivery focus
- Cost, Quality and Time sensitiveness
- Team player and cooperative, agile Mindset, hands-on mentality
- Solution oriented and flexible (willingness to travel to remote sensor sites)
- Has the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with IT/COMs Systems
- Scripting Skills (Ansible, Helm, etc.) to create, adapt, debug new and existing scripts, like deployment and configuration automation and debugging
- Experience in the use and configuration of CI/CD chains as well as DevOps
- Knowledge in technologies like Microsoft Windows Server, HyperV, VMWare, Microsoft and Linux operating systems, Containerization with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Data distribution with Kafka, DDS, Monitoring etc.
- Experience with Networking, preferably having a CCNA certification
- Basic knowledge of IP addressing, routing, switching VLANs
- Experience with ELV systems including CCTV, BMS, ACCESS CONTROL , FIDS/PIDS and SCADA
- Knowledge of ELV system, CCTV, BMS, ACCESS CONTROL , FIDS/PIDS and SCADA
- Experience with IT infrastructure including Servers, Racks, Storage, Windows and Linux
- Advanced written, verbal and presentation skills
- Essential to be fluent in written and spoken English
- Desirable to be able to communicate in Arabic
- driving license
- Basic Knowledge of Geography and Topographic Maps
- Experience with Powershell, ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro, Spatial Databases on Oracle and MS SQL Server, Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC), Geospatial Data Services according to OGC, creation and provision of topographic maps
- Experience with Python Programming, Database Management Systems Oracle and MS SQL Server, Java, Knowledge about Criminal Investigations
- Setup, deliver and maintain the planned Maritime Surveillance (MS) integration, testing and staging of systems and tools, maintain system configurations.
- Perform Sensor Chain Verification to check the MS sensors integrated into the system.
- Support the execution of test procedures at testing facilities (system integration lab) and delivery sites in terms of system integration, helping to identify issues during testing.
- Support the creation of documentation (configuration documentation, problem reports, test reports) during integration campaigns.
- Perform the required integration activities at system level for system / customer releases, and support dedicated test campaigns like load, stress, performance tests together with the V&V team
- Use different tools and methods for all kind of tasks like DOORS, Jira, Quality Center, Jenkins, Python, Powershell, Batchfiles and Javascript, Ansible, Helm, etc.
- Problem reporting, including the collection of material (like log files) to support root-cause analysis
- Track bugs and perform retesting of fixed issues, interacting very close with the involved development team and coordinate with other domains to accomplish full system availability.
- Play an active role in terms of integration inside the development teams and drive the integration and release of software releases or features in integration labs as well as customer systems. Liaise with the vendor for any technical support needed related to the MS sensors.

The prime responsibility of the technical specialist will be for all technical aspects related to Health Matrix products, including pre-sales, project implementations, and 2nd Line support services. The role also involves participating in hardware and software capacity surveys, implementations, changes, or configurations where required. The technical specialist delivers advisory services to clients on how to implement and configure Health Matrix products in line with current technical best practices. They consider the objectives and goals of clients and advise on how to configure, build, and use Health Matrix products to meet these objectives.
The technical specialist must have knowledge of the latest technologies to provide options for infrastructure design for Health Matrix products, including advantages and disadvantages of each technology. Researching and selecting the most cost-efficient solutions for software needs will also be a key responsibility.
Responsibilities- Deliver quality solutions on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to the client's business.
- Handle technical tasks such as installation, configuration, setup, and upgrades of applications and components.
- Manage integration tasks, including building, configuring, setting up, and modifying applications and components.
- Perform technical analyses, working with subject matter experts to ensure user needs are correctly specified and effectively implemented.
- Provide infrastructure specifications for installing and hosting software, and identify suitable technical solution alternatives.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical domain and integrations.
- Good knowledge and experience in coding and programming.
- Experience with integration engines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HL7 integrations is a plus.

Job Description
The prime responsibility of the technical specialist will be for all technical aspects related to Health Matrix products, including pre-sales, project implementations, and 2nd Line support services. The role also involves participating in hardware and software capacity surveys, implementations, changes, or configurations where required. The technical specialist delivers advisory services to clients on how to implement and configure Health Matrix products in line with current technical best practices. They consider the objectives and goals of clients and advise on how to configure, build, and use Health Matrix products to meet these objectives.
The technical specialist must have knowledge of the latest technologies to provide options for infrastructure design for Health Matrix products, including advantages and disadvantages of each technology. Researching and selecting the most cost-efficient solutions for software needs will also be a key responsibility.
Responsibilities- Deliver quality solutions on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to the client's business.
- Handle technical tasks such as installation, configuration, setup, and upgrades of applications and components.
- Manage integration tasks, including building, configuring, setting up, and modifying applications and components.
- Perform technical analyses, working with subject matter experts to ensure user needs are correctly specified and effectively implemented.
- Provide infrastructure specifications for installing and hosting software, and identify suitable technical solution alternatives.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical domain and integrations.
- Good knowledge and experience in coding and programming.
- Experience with integration engines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HL7 integrations is a plus.

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Integration Specialist who will be responsible for the secure design and seamless integration of cybersecurity technologies and solutions within critical electricity infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of OT (Operational Technology) and IT convergence, with a focus on safeguarding power generation, transmission, and distribution environments from cyber threats. The specialist will lead integration activities, ensuring that all systems comply with sector-specific regulations and operate with maximum security and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct integration assessments within electricity and utility environments to ensure cybersecurity solutions are aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Perform detailed site surveys across substations, control centers, and grid environments to assess infrastructure readiness and identify integration challenges.
- Develop and deliver High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for secure integration of ICS/SCADA security solutions.
- Prepare and evaluate technical components of RFPs, ensuring they reflect cybersecurity best practices and energy sector compliance mandates (e.g., NCA, NIST, IEC 62443).
- Conduct and document Proof of Concept (POC) engagements to validate the performance and effectiveness of proposed integration solutions.
- Collaborate with utility clients, engineering teams, and vendors to drive successful end-to-end deployment of cybersecurity technologies.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and hands-on support during implementation and integration phases.
- Execute FAT, SAT, and UAT testing to verify that deployed solutions meet functional, performance, and security criteria.
- Ensure integration efforts minimize operational disruption and adhere to energy sector safety, availability, and reliability standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity integration, preferably within the energy or critical infrastructure sector.
- Solid understanding of IT/OT/ICS environments, SCADA systems, and protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850).
- Experience developing HLD/LLD and performing FAT/SAT/UAT in utility or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to the energy sector, such as NCA ECC, NIST, and IEC 62443.
