About The Role & Team

A Senior Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing real-time remote support to field service engineers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues with equipment or systems. Offers step-by-step guidance during installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. Acts as an escalation point for complex technical issues that field service engineers cannot resolve onsite unaided. Job Summary

The Network Engineer ensures the stability and integrity of the organization’s voice, data, video, and wireless network services. Qualifications

Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

• Clearance Required: Secret
• Bachelors in Technical field
• Five+ (5) years of Network Engineering experience with USN or comparable Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.
• Two+ (2) years of experience with Network management tools (can be part of five+ (5) years USN/DoD experience).
• Three+ (3) years of experience in network design and operations (can be part of five+ (5) years USN/DoD experience).
• Certifications in CompTIA NetWork+, CompTIA Security+
• Experience working OCONUS in security cooperation efforts or for foreign customers (i.e., not for US military bases or USG facilities).

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Three+ (3) years of experience as an engineer supporting C4I systems.
• Three+ (3) years of experience with NAVWAR prime mission products.
• Experience interacting with US and foreign senior military/government officials.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Engineering.
