- **What will you do?**
- Unloading and loading of Shipments
- Receive and check correct quantity and intactness of products.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, forklifts
- Detect and report faulty operation, defective or unusual material conditions.
- Maintain required checks of power handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to prescribed safety rules and regulations.
- Performs pre-operation check of forklift.
- Handling PDA (Scanners) for Inbound, Outbound & Inventory related tasks
- Prepares inventory control information for pallets and for shipping and delivery.
- Performs picking duties in an efficient manner that meets both company and customer standards
- Assists with physical inventories, cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation
- Keeps the warehouse premises clean and safe.

**Job Summary**:
Overall responsibility for executing forklifting activities within the forging facility operating in accordance with Company process and procedures insuring safe operation of equipment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Adheres to Forging Department policies, procedures and work processes.
- Adheres to good safety and housekeeping standards are maintained as per defined policies and procedures.
- Makes adjustments as required to work within the specifications.
- Records and maintains proper storage of work-in-process materials to assure production continuity.
- Reports immediately to direct superiors any problem encountered during the work process.
- Make suggestions of any process or methods improvement affecting the conditions of Forging Dept.
- Works within the limits of authority as defined by the Forging Supervisor
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum of High school or an equivalent diploma.
- Licensed Forklift operator.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operating forklifting machinery equipment’s.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel.
- Required to interact and liaison with all units within the Warehouse department.
- Must possess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to make decisions regarding products conformity to standards.
- Must be capable of reading process sheets in English.
**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Forklift Operation: 3 years (required)

- Works during Shutdown in various areas for lifting of bins or any other material as per requirement.
- Lift and Transfer various Skulls like Tundish Skulls, Ladle Skulls, Pot Skulls and etc.
- Also Lift the various Skulls and get the weight from Weigh Bridge for further record.
- Lift and Transfer the waste wood/wood pallets.
- Lift and Transfer the empty drums from different locations inside the Plant.
- Bring Materials from Store as per requirement.
- Daily Check and inspect equipment condition prior operation and report if equipment breakdown to shift foreman or Inform concerned authorities for any abnormalities during the shift Operation.
- Follow Company Site Safety Observation SOP’s, Company Safety rules regulations while working in plant.
- Follow & comply with standard Operating procedures of Dumper Truck, follow Site Safety Observation SOP’s, follow Company Safety rules regulations & use PPE while working in the plant.
- To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
- To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
- To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
- To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.
- To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
- To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
- To attend safety trainings planned for them.
