**Objectives of the role**

To conduct & manage sales for allocated customer base.

To meet & exceed the sales budget set out and to improve margins where zero overdue is achieved.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

Ensure proper forecasting is in line with projects requirement, while reviewing performance in forecast for predecessor months.

Attend to Customer surveys (when required) & monthly reports as required with the set deadlines along with Job references, lost business reports.

Expand customer base, identify how to enter new markets, examine profitability of each customer and improve the return on investment.

Manage & conduct the sales as per the company’s business plan with allocated customer base in line with the set targets, objectives, and authority limits

Build relationships with customers and potential business associates to promote MHG and it’s products through direct contacts by visiting customer’s premises, sites and offices.

In conjunction with the Projects Channel Manager, formulate budgets and plans for agreement with GSM, implement them by coordinating the various activities of the company to ensure the achievement of performance targets.

Examine case histories weekly through briefings with departmental staff members & line manager, build an effective and updated project database with proper documentation.

Prepare and contribute to the company’s sales plan by reviewing performance and examining potential growth.

To help implement Saudization plan by identifying Saudi talents in all sectors.

Continuous coordination with account department to ensure all credit customer base is well monitored through continuous reconciliations while achieving required collection figures without any overdue.

**Knowledge/experience/skills/personal attributes**
- Sales experience with proven track record of people management.
- Good Technical Knowledge.
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Competent with Microsoft office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and two-way communication skills
- Numerate with strong analytical skills
- Third Language
- Attended Sales Training
- Saudi National
